Anybody integrated inplaytrading.com into BFBM, tried having a play about with it today, just wondered what others have experienced?

    Thanks @Martin @Greg-Mitchell

I would like to set this BOT up so it drips in my stake at 3 intervals between KO and 30mins, can I just add the additional times to the ‘market conditions’ in the 1st part of this?

    Hi guys,

I would like to adapt ‘Ryan’s split stake’ BOT above, but want to get my head around its settings.

The BOTs already have ‘back by favourite position 2’ in place, what is this criteria doing?

If I manually select the game/market I want to bet in the markets section and add ‘bet on my selection’ do I need to remove the back by favourite position criteria?

@Ricky-Simpson brilliant! their customer service is really good in my experience and worth contacting if unsure about things, they know far more than me about their product

Thanks for coming back to me @Martin it’s been driving me mad!! I could get the BOT to fire before the off but the trouble was, the favourite order was changing around and I wasn’t on the correct selection when the race started.

Today, I’ve ended up downloading the filters above and managed to adapt the back the favourite strategy to do what I want, and it’s firing as I want it to.

Can anyone help me on my bot setup.

I’m trying to set it up to take the SP of a given runner by its fav position as it goes into play. Is it possible to take SP in running? If I follow the steps above in the opening post to set the price target, and set the time of bet to 1sec in play, will this work?

Thanks in advance for any help

@Greg-Mitchell That's great Greg. Have got everything except the tipster bit right. Will try that. Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly.

@Helen-M-M-Black These are my market conditions in BFBM

    2ed48d60-f2b1-4290-b11b-2ef2b6d98049-image.png

As you will see I only place the bet if there has been between 1 and 3 goals in the first half, thats juts my preference, you can do away with that if you like.

The important setting is the bet on next over/under market.

You then need to have all the over/under markets loaded that you could possibly want to bet on, so in my case:

    Over/Under 1.5 to 3.5

and you also need to have each market as a Tip as follows:

@Greg-Mitchell Hi Greg. Which market do you pick for your tipster "Back SHG". Do you pick the over/under 0.5 Goals to start the ball rolling or another one. I just cannot work it out. I have a similar strategy but it fires on everything. I now just want it to fire on certain games that I have picked. Thanks Helen

    @John-Folan Interesting John

Is that only for in play markets I assume?

Or do they use the betfair Near and Far BSP predictions so you can use it pre-race as well?

I’ll have a nose. I would say not.

    I love BFbm support.

I wanted to know if I could trade on the BSP favourite and not the current favourite and they told me how.

Under the edit box(where you set the strategy name, you can use the tick box there to judge the favourite by starting price and not the current price. Outstanding.

@Greg-Mitchell Got ya. Yes I don't think I need it do anything too crazy. Just place a trade at X-mins and that's about it really. I think in Jan my job will be quieter and I jump in and have a go and start getting familiar.

    Thanks for the advice

@Alex-Rule I have tried most of the available software and find BFBM suits my needs best and is also easiest to use. Can be a little tricky understanding the logic of some of the more complex rules, but just takes a bit of work.

It does track results with a Strike Rate and P & L and you can export selections. However I tend to export all my bets from BFBM to Excel on a daily basis and analyse them there, just my personal preference.

@Greg-Mitchell Thanks for that - sounds like that's just what I am after.

I'm testing a SHG strat at 60 mins with 0 goals, 1 goals and 2 goals.

All of the games that are selected will be same selections based on prematch stats so the only difference within them will be which goal of the match the SHG we will be targeting.

How have you found BFBM? I was planning on waiting for the football update so I could import selections directly. But I have a FHG and a SHG strat that I'm testing that look really promising - and I wonder am I just making excuses not to get stuck in?

Is the formatting and rules setting easy for a simpleton like me?

And can BFBM track results like strike rate, ROI and number give you a breakdown of selections to export if you wanted?

    Cheers,
    Alex
