Here's how to use the qualifiers URL (aka BFBM integration). This is very beta so please let me know how well it works!
-
Enter an external ID for your strategy in the place shown below. For BFBM, this is the "Provider" name. You can click to edit it:
-
Wait. This is because the daily qualifiers need to run in the background and pick up your qualifiers for all your active strategies that have an external ID
-
Click this shiny new button on the Daily Qualifiers page:
-
Visit your super-duper personal qualifiers URL to see if there are any goodies in there:
-
If everything looks good, slam the URL into the "import bets from URL" box in BFBM
From that point onwards, it's really up to BFBM. If there's some way of using test mode in BFBM to make sure this is working properly, I'd recommend using it. If not, try setting up a dummy strategy in BFBM that's never actually going to bet, so you can test that everything's working OK.
Basically what will happen our side is that we'll keep the URL up to date with the latest qualifiers. So horses will be added and removed from it during the course of the day. This SHOULD mean that bets are added and removed to the corresponding strategies (Providers) in BFBM.

This BFBM link software update is ace!!!!!!!!!! Legend!
Thanks! Your qualifiers URL may not be working yet, the daily qualifiers are just compiling now in the background. I will check to make sure the links are being populated once it's done.
Aha, was just going to say something. I'll shut up now

@david-milligan No probs, although the lates update that @Adam to the software will have made my spreadsheet redundant.. I need compo
-
@greg-mitchell works an absolute charm, thanks again mate
-
@greg-mitchell You're a legend, thanks so much for your help. I presume the bot is just chucking each selection into every market it can find because I haven't specified with a market ID.
Really appreciate you sharing the spreadsheet tool

Hi folks, me again.
Got started with the 'Back the Course and Distance' preset filter and I think have gotten todays tips uploaded correctly.
Is it correct that the bot has marked this tip as for Place betting? I can't see anything in the filters about place betting vs win betting and can't really understand how the bot would know it was for Place bet when I only input the Provider, SelectionId and SelectionName in the CSV file.
Secondly, the other selections today didn't trigger a bet and I'm finding it hard to determine whether this was correct based on odds etc or if the bot is incorrectly set up. Screenshots attached.
Any help is very welcome, thanks.
David
As for the two that didn't fire, the first was probably because it was set for the Place Market and the odds may not have met the criteria, the second was also the odds, it SP'd at 7 so was probably higher before the off.

@david-milligan I have attached the excel sheet I use for converting the downloaded selections to Tips. I have left mine in for today just to show you how it works. Basically:
Download the qualifiers from BTC
Copy and Paste into cell A2 on my sheet
Copy and Paste the green cells down to the bottom of your selections.
Copy and Paste (Paste Values) the green cells plus the purple header column to a new workbook
Save the new workbook as a csv file
Upload this file to BFBM
Away you go. -
@david-milligan Can you widen the Market ID column so that I can see the full number please?
-
@greg-mitchell It's very weird, for example this morning I uploaded literally only the Provider and SelectionName columns. This is the tip in BFBM;
-
@david-milligan Something amiss with your tips file I think, it shouldn't be loading the Place Markets, check the Market Id's. I can't see the full number in your screenshot
-
It's also a bit strange because the bot file says under "Markets Filter" - "Only following markets: WIN. For Place markets check Win market name text."
Haven't a clue

@david-milligan Never mind, I think I've found most of them in the thread. Now to get them set up and off to the races!

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to the community but I see you guys are using BFBM for some of the horse racing strategies which are working well. I have used this software before to good effect with football strategies and I'm hoping to put the "preset" horse racing strategies to work!
Would anyone be able to point me towards the bot files for the "preset" horse racing strategies that I can see in the software? Hopefully with time we can work out a way to automate the CSV file alterations and streamline the upload a bit!
Thanks
David

Hi all. Are there any bots for back the favourite. Thanks
-
@paul-foster thanks mate

@robert-cooke in staking tab select “Liability or amount to win”. Then tick the Calculate stake as liability.
