@Danny-Clarke Export them from here, and then you can import them as tips for a strategy on BFBM to place the bets.

@alexander-hughes I think I am going to let BFBM run on a separate install collecting all the results then compare the 2. I have also now update the BOT to run independently from the TIPS via BTC, so I will see how that runs over the next few weeks.

The Daily Qualifiers page tells you when they were last updated:

@Phillip-Chapman The best way to see if a bot works is to watch it place the bets. If it places what you see is correct then it doesn't matter what the BTC software says in that regard.

I run BF and BQ versions and sometimes they pick different 3rd favs when they're flip flopping on close odds.

@Phillip-Chapman they are seperate lists in theory so won't always be in sync as the daily qualifiers list is updated every few minutes I believe where as the upcoming qualifiers will be the current results as you have just run the strategy that moment.

@Martin , I have gone through the BOT and I am sure it is fine - I am just trying to get my results to align with the results when back testing is run on BTC.
Is there a delay between the 'upcoming strategies' in strategy builder passing through to the link given in 'daily qualifiers' list ?

@Phillip-Chapman well prices and odds are ever changing so it's quite easy for the two not to align exactly, if you are worried you could create your own bot, this is just one I created and I am far from an expert in BFBM only used it for two months.

@Martin the bot is off BTC so should be correct. It uses the TIPS + Fav3 + Price 2-7.
The oddest thing was then when I look at the BFBM link from BTC (https://horse-racing-api.betfairtradingcommunity.com/userquals/XXXXXX) the selections were different to ones that came up as the up-coming qualifiers on the BTC Strategy

@Phillip-Chapman could be lots of things, is your bot set up exactly the same as the strategy rules?

Odds and entries can change quickly and often near the off.

3rd fav can even change too.

    Hi,
I am comparing results on BTC against Bets placed within BFBM and noticed quite a few differences, the strat I am looking at is Lay3rdFav.

Interestingly I am also comparing todays selections from the api html link against the 'up coming qualifiers' and they differ as well. I have a selection today on the link that isnt on the upcoming within strategy builder.

    Why is this ?

    Thanks, Phil

    @mick-mcmahon Football - Martins Lay Away.gz
Here you go, any questions just ask. Just ensure you're importing the tips correctly and they're registering correctly with the matches. Easy to do under the "Manage Tips" section in BFBM

@Nick-Mulvey Oooh Thanks. Could you share your bot - I can then compare it to mine and see what I missed.

@mick-mcmahon I always have 4 columns when importing: Provider, EventId, SelectionId, MarketType
If you want me to have a look I can, I have a bot set up working for it already

Hi. I'm just trying to get my head around how BF bot works (It kinda seems counter intuitive at the moment...)
I have the day off work and thought i'd have a mess around. The only football soccer strategy that has any games today it Lay Away 1.0
So I've attempted to create a bot for it. I've renamed the Away Selection Id column to SelectionId and Filter name to Provider and imported them from the btc footy exported file 👍
I've set the Tipster name to match the Filter name in the bot and set the lay odds range.
And imported all the match odds markets.

So to my mind, because the the away team id is specified, that should link them up?

    Ta 🙄

@Andrew-Gray Thanks for the offer. It's essentially what i did with Bet Angel so i have 2 months and decent results so far.

As for the cricket, I think you're trying to place 2 different bets with 1 bot. I may be wrong but I think you need 2 bots, 1 per team (or similar)
