@jeffrey-holtby Love it! I use tennis insight as well it's good to get a feel for the players and other people's views on the game, I like to read their thoughts on the match where they put their thoughts as well to help me think hmmm maybe thats a good one maybe it isn't etc.... just to add another view to it, incase I have missed something.

@ryan-carruthers i have a filter for fave still learning stats did a small subscription with tennis insight for 6 months but that is before the tennis stats came out

@jeffrey-holtby Its the best way to start to learn about the players to be fair & it's also low risk! Surprising how effective it is! Have you been using the stats for it as well?

Some other notes I have seen today to help you guys when looking at the stats it is all about building up a picture.....
All things looking like Eugenie Bouchard will get broken on serve (51% service games won) so my thinking on one type of potential trade is below...
If this happens - Lay Bogdan when she's broke Genie, she will be around 1.27 at this stage, then if Genie manages to get 0-30 15-30 we should be able to get a nice little trade. BUT for this to happen we need to look at it in more depth, this is my assumption so what Q's do I need to answer? Firstly what is Genies Return games won like (29%) What is Bogdan's service games won like (70%) so not looking likely is it? We also need to think about exit? Does Bogdan save BP? Yes she does 59% in S1, Genie converts BP in S1 41%.
Can you see what I am doing? I am making an assumption on what needs to happen for this trade to be profitable? Then answering that assumption. Essentially trying to de risk the trade.
I can then make a decision on this trade, to back up my initial assumption of Genie will get broken comes from her service games won, paired with the fact she gets broken 1st 80% of the time? Guess what she's also going to the Super Bowl at the weekend..... is that on her mind? Potentially she's currently playing this tournament in Taiwan! In her defence she does save 53% of BP's which is alright, doesn't fill me with too much confidence the average is 58% - the average for converting BP is 44.5% Bogdan sits at 45%.
Looking at this then it looks like Genie will get broken at some point in the first set and most likely first so I can watch this game and look for the opportunity to take advantage of this.

Playing around with the filters on the stats, was looking at trying to find a filter to see who wins first sets % high so that we could back them in play and get out end of the first set, interesting stats in Woz match up.
Same opposition / last 20 matches / same surface
Woz S1 Won is 80%
Potapova S1 Won is 100%Potapova is a junior champ and is a player who has a lot of potential, young so might not be 100% on the money for this one as she is playing Wozniacki who is numero uno in the world at the moment, but those stats are defo one to keep a look on and monitor it in play.

Hmm not much sticking out there, the T Maria game maybe, as her opponent lost 5 in a row when priced in this range - has an awful serve, she's better at breaking her opponent than holding her own serve. Crazy, I'll let them both a serve then look to back T Maria if they both hold!
