Hi probably a stupid question but I'm fairly new to this and I'm trading the outright US Open markets; if a player pulls out pre-tournament for whatever reason is the bet void or does it settle as a loss? I'm assuming it's a bit like an antepost horse racing market where the bet would be settled as a loss if it doesn't run but just thought I'd check.

I've just tried the Tennis Stats link from here and the dash board but there is nothing coming up. Is it broken as there is lots of Tennis on today?
Probably pending updating, I won’t look until lunchtime whilst there in North America matches don’t start until 4pm, and not long finished from yesterday

@james-menhenitt watch the match and see if you can get a feel for how it’s going.
Also, what odds did you back him at - didn’t really track anything on this match but I would have thought he’d have been the underdog against isner, I’d have been more likely to lay him.
Wouldn’t get too worked up about it, I took a big loss on Putintseva earlier

Hi.... just had to take a very annoying red so wanted to see if I was doing anything obviously wrong:
Cressy v Isner @ Newport. Cressy won Set 1 6-2, it's going with serve in Set 2, 2-2.
Cressy has faced zero break points and in fact, won every service game to love apart from his last service game in Set 1, which he won to 15.
So strong, I thought I'd do a back. And bang, he's broken to 15!!! This seems to happen to me a lot, watch servers serving strong and as soon as I enter, they turn to muck. Any warning signs, or just bad luck?!?

@ryan was hoping Rafa would have embarrassed him today.
I’m staggered that Kyrios wasn’t thrown out of the tournament after both the spitting incident and also the shocking behaviour from both him and Tsitipas in there match
-
Yeh is a sad way to depart, thought he was getting better with every game before Fritz match, and stood every chance until injury hit!
-
@andy-donnelly Absolutely gutted for him. Would have been amazing to see him a) hopefully fight for a calendar slam and b) have a big ding dong with Kyrgios...
-
@andy-donnelly yeah I backed him before the tournament, odds after the QF we're higher at that stage but probably should have cashed out in hindsight
Will still be profitible if Jabeur wins the women's on Saturday although Rybakina seems to be on a mission she has done nothing most of the year
-
Ah Nadal pulled out of Wimbledon! It was coming but sad way to lose a trade as well
-
@chris-osborne , Ahhhh - I wasn't looking at the fixtures side... in the filter Bastad was listed (see below) and it was on the WTA tour site as a 125 event - I guess that's the Challenger.... it is low points. Thanks again for the correction!
-
@james-menhenitt Its not listed in one of the tournaments in the stats - its a Challenger not a regular tour event
The filter is returning the correct result, the Jabeur match doesn't qualify: -
-
Anyone who can help - still struggling with my tennis filter. Supposed to return ATP/WTA players BF prices for the day between 1.2 and 8.
I have all tournaments and nationalities ticked, but it's still only throwing up the one qualifier from Wimbledon....
but there's a WTA in Bastad with three qualifying games starting in about an hour and none are listed?? (trust me that bastad is ticked in the restriction!)
Any ideas appreciated as always!

Cheers, I may give it a go with small stakes. Surely Nadal should be no more than 4.0 if he makes the final.
You’d think, be a lot shorter if Norrie beats Djokovic but Novak had his dodgy match today although Sinner along with Alcarez is the future in the ATP

@andy-donnelly think it’s due to Him playing Fritz tomorrow who I can see giving him a tough game.
He would destroy either Kyrios or Garin if in the other qf. He wouldn’t put up with Kyrios’ antics who buy the way should have been thrown out of the tournament on at least two occasions already and Garin is an out and out clay court player who has performed way above his normal level.
To answer your question, you could be right but my tennis has been a disaster this year so what do I know
-
Just looking at the mens outright betting. Anyone think Nadal’s odds at 7.2 are a bit too high? Accept Djokovic as favourite but should there be this much disparity? What odds would you expect Nadal to be at if both make the final? Wondering whether there is value backing now and cashing out should he make the final

@chris-osborne Great - I was just going by what Betfair said was happening tomorrow, presuming that the software draws its data from the BF API.
I've noticed that a few times this week, Betfair ridiculously late in filtering games based on Order of Play even if been published for a while
