@andrew-camp She broke Tomova first game laid at 1.17 but with strict exit
Set and break is an automatic entry for me especially for someone ranked 87
Noted. Not tried laying set and break yet.
On another issue, the commentator of this game is an abomination.

Liu got stronger and stronger throughout the first set towards the end.
-
Djokovic out of Indian Wells and presumably Miami due to his vaccination status - Foreign Nationals have to be double vaccinated to enter US
He may as well retire
-
@chris-osborne double break lead is usually a good entry point I'll pass on this occasion its not as if Potapova is half way decent at the best of times doesn't need to be here
-
@simji I'll lay Doi if she wins the set, Potapova has only lost the 2nd set 5% of the time after winning the first
Doi's are the reverse she has lost the st set 35% of the time after winning the first: -
Keeping an eye on Liu vTomova both have 3 set stats over 45% Liu 60%, Tomova 45%
-
pop v doi
Head-to-head: 1-1. In both of their prior meetings, the player who loses the opening set goes on to win the match. They last met in the qualifyings of 2019 Miami when Misaki Doi saved four match points across the second and third sets to survive 3-6, 7-6, 7-6 in two and a half hours.
positive stat for lay the first set

bondar wasnt able to get the break back -0.83
Got my staking wrong took a 1.6pt loss, offset by 0.8pt gain on Alexandrova - will give McNally match a miss

I was looking at a strat to lay the favourite 1.2 or lower and cash out after first set but I didn't track it long enough.
Would have worked a charm on Alex - you don't need to cash out at end of the first set - alot of top players start slowly, if they go a break and hold down gives you leverage for later in the match
