Today's and tomorrow little idea from me, if the players in bold lose the first set I will back them - will aim to trade out towards the end of the second set.

@col Was that the issue buddy?
-
@ryan-carruthers Cheers Ryan
-
@col Hello buddy, this seems to have fallen through the cracks.
Can you ping me again and I will get @Adam-Williams to have a little look and see what he can do.
If it's that we cannot attribute them to a certain player then we are working on this, we are actually re writing the whole software so this will take a little bit of time.
-
@ryan-carruthers Hi Ryan Still waiting for the forecast stats to be exported accurately. A few months back I pinged you with issue where incorrect values were being spat out when you tried to export to excel.
This would be very helpful, thanks!!

I stumbled across something while looking through my Evernote this week. A guy used to have a system that was super simple....
If there is one full point between players then if the fav loses the first set they would then back them. Nothing too fancy, but the thinking he had was that the fav is the fav for the reason and is similar to my 3-3 / 4-4 thinking that good players can write off the first set.
Has anybody tried something like this? Had a look through yesterday and it was 1/2 - but I didn't track the prices.
-
@james-woodroffe well you know not much.

Have backed Kyle Edmund tonight for his match against Danil Medvedev in Cincinnati. Edmund is currently 2.90. Thinking that following his run to the Montreal final and with a spot in London his for the taking, that Danil might be more focused on hitting the big Apple. Importantly Medvedev is 0-2 career in Cincinnati so therefore has no points to protect at this Masters. Looking for Edmund to make a strong start and steam in from 2.90 and green up early doors.

@simon That's really good news buddy!! I love BFBM has automated so much for many of the forum here.
-
@ryan-carruthers I’ve taken a break from it recently. Two reasons, my P&L this year from Jan - Apr was my really poor. I was making a lot more from football and racing.
And also my day job got A LOT busier meaning I had less time to trade tennis. This is why I invested in BFBM and got all my racing strategies automated, and can trade football in the evening, so tennis doesn’t really fit in with my life at the moment.
I would hope to get back to it at some point, but at the moment it just doesn’t work. -

I'm scaling back on the tennis for now. After a a great introduction it's all going a little tits up at the moment with me staying in waiting for more green only for that green to turn to red. And because I've just let the green go so easily I'm not redding out. And then when I don't ref out the inevitable happens.
This in turn causes me to stay in the next match longer than I should and the bad decisions just beget more bad decisions.
Concentrating my efforts back on the football for time being with all big leagues about to start. I'll come back to this later.
Damn typos. I literally cannot write anything without making typos ffs!

FFS!!! Decision time on Thiem now.
A decision I fell short on once more but I think this has led me to the decision I must cash on a break. The risk/reward ratio therefter is just not worth it.
I'm viewing this one as I took on Thiem too come back and win @ 6.00. The odds were matched before he'd been broken so iit seemed a good price.
But jebus tennis can be frustrating. Rublev seemed to be playing out of his skin!

Fritz about to start so let's see if I can get on that.
That was easy. Nice quick green on Fritz. In and out first set.
No more mistakes with these lot.
Green is favoured player. Will lay the opp at price on far right and aim to be out after the first set.
