small lay of Tsipsipas at 1.21. He started slowly last match, hoping for the same here

@simon-miller said in 2019 Tennis Trading Thread: Just looking at games ostapenko looking like she struggling. Might be a small lay on kvitova low price I think Kvit has this but worth a shot for sure. Ostapenko returning well

@rob-arkell said in 2019 Tennis Trading Thread: Rublev available at 1.02 now. Crazy price when only 1 break up early in the 2nd. Kraj has been seen by a medic but looking like he'll finish the match Nevermind. Kraj completely broken now. Still, was only playing with green from early on, so no risk for a potential biggie.

Really tight match still with Rublev looking good to lay at 1.12

If Herbert holds serve next game against Evans, I'll lay Evans at around 1.3 ish

And out after break in my favour. Nice little green to start the day is always nice

@rob-arkell said in 2019 Tennis Trading Thread: Looking quite even between Rublev and Krajinovic, I've laid Rublev at 1.45 A little unsure of this one now. Krajinovic facing a lot of break points. Will see how he handles Rublev's serve now but may get out for small loss

@simon-miller said in 2019 Tennis Trading Thread: Was thinking of maybe opening a smarkets account. But never had a bank to do it. Does anyone trade in smarkets? I have an account and used it ages ago for a bit of matched betting. Only 2 percent commission but sometimes hard to cash out or get matched due to low liquidity.
That was a year or so ago though, so may be different now

@ryan-carruthers I'm wondering if there's an angle to take advantage of situations like this, maybe jumping in on a market when it comes back on line before the odds move

@rob-arkell Yep, they use this stump speech like its not our fault you are trading and this is your risk.

@ryan-carruthers said in 2019 Tennis Trading Thread: @rob-arkell It has, I usually in that case get out of my trades with Bookies, Smarkets, Betdaq if I can because Betfair won't cancel the stakes buddy. Good to know. Worrying though.

@ryan-carruthers Has this ever happened too you while you've had a lot of open trades? If so, was it relatively straight forward to reclaim your stakes?

Can't they just postpone all sports until Betfair is up and running?
I mean. Sport only exists for us traders, right?
