Ah I see any in plays. All markets later still open. Still kinda nervy though
Haha, yeah. I've got a lay on Djokovic. It's gonna look like a pretty stupid bet if I can't cash that one out

Yep I won't be going anywhere near it today now!
Luckily I've got no open trades but I can imagine there are some seriously p%ssed off people out there.

Betfair down again!

I'll be looking for some more ridiculously low lays today.
I missed a banger yesterday. Laid Cilic v Paire at 1.01 but only for a piddly amount and cashed out at 1.2. Paire went on to win the match.
Also laid Yastremska v Kenin at 1.02. when 6-2 in tie break. went to 6-4 and price went to 1.18 but didn't take any profit. -

looking a good match up between Rublev and Krajinovic as well. Kraj big underdog in this but won in straight sets just 2 weeks ago.
Krainajovic can play mate.

Won’t be posting much today due to a seminar I’m at but will be trying a different strategy possibly this evening in Acapulco after work. The idea being to stay in a bit longer to maximise profits. It may go a bit pear shaped as it’s early doors but also it might work well so will share if I have any success with it. Have a green day lads.

@james-woodroffe Laid Djok at 1.04
Looking through recent h2hs between these 2. Even when Djok wins in straight sets he's been broken a few times by this guy and had a few sets go to 12/13 games. Deffo worth a lay

A word of warning on my tips. I had a really good day yesterday which means it's likely to all go horribly wrong today

Looking towards matches in Doha today. Won't be seeing rybakina as she's pulled out so Barty gets the walkover.
Ostapenko v kvitova it 3-3 on the h2h dating back to 2916 last 4 matches it's been 3-1 kvitova with ostapenko winning the last match but back in 2018. Ostapenko not at the level she was in 18 at present
-
It's a real shame that Rybakina has pulled out, I was really looking forward to seeing how she matched up against Barty
-
Early thoughts on Doha today....
Ostapenko v Kvitova- These 2 are even in h2h. If Kvitova looks up for it from the start then I'll leave it alone but she sometimes starts quite slow so looking for an early lay in 1st set. It's one I've tagged to go 3 sets as long as Kvitova doesn't dominate the 1st
Anisimova v Kuznetsova- I'll back Anisimova if she loses first set
Bertens v Zheng- It seems Zheng is the equivalent of Wolves in premier league. She raises her game against the top players but loses to lower ranks. I fancy an upset here or to at least make a game of it. early lay of Bertens maybe. However, Bertens has a really good record facing break points so that's something to keep an eye on
Putintseva v Bencic- Putintseva is a fighter who screams and shouts to get her emotions up. I like her when she's under the cosh so if she starts poorly I expect a fightback. She also has a good h2h v Bencic
Sakkari v Sabalenka- If Sakkari can handle Sab's serve in early games then I might fancy this to go 3 sets, although, as much as I love Maria, I can see Sab really turning it on here
Pliskova v Jabeur- Jabeur played excellently vs Brady and looks on form, Pliskova is quality though so if she starts well I think she'll breeze this.
Mug v Yastremska- a 3 setter for sure

Just a little something for tomorrow. Djokovic is back in action tomorrow against Phillip Kohlschreiber and again he’s super short this time 1.05 to lay. These two have met a lot over the years including 3 times last year on grass, clay and on a hard court at Indian Wells a match the German won 6-4 6-4. Novak may have got his revenge in Rome and Wimbledon but they tend to have some decent battles on the hard courts. Kohlschreiber is no mug and he’s quite a nice player to watch. It’s only 1.05 and Novak will most likely win but again definitely worth a lay.
