It's the most consistent strategy I've followed since I joined. I look to get involved when the draw odds drop below 4.00. With the likes of Man City, when they start out at 9.00 to lay, I don't get involved and have missed a few because of this when early goals go in. This may cost me in the long run but it's what I'm comfortable with.

It's really simple and it's been profitable so far.

@stuart-capstick Stuart, not knocking it but the last two days has coincided with me trying to turn over a new leaf, be really disciplined, enter at the right time etc and so this is fairly typical that Ive had three losing trades just to warm me up! πŸ˜‚

    It will turn.

    Disallowed goal FH
    Keeper has a stunning game
Some poor guy hit with an elbow that wouldn't have been out of place in a Muay Thai bout.

Incidentally, the longest losing run is 4. The longest winning run is 30.

At the risk of repeating myself, you won't win every game. There will be losing months. Look at the spreadsheet. You need to think long term.

I'm 100% aware of this. I do think people can limit theit exposure and the volatility by only hitting those games in the sweet spot that bring in most profit.

    a) lowering your stakes
    b) using double chance
    c) Doing something else.

Yeah it looks really bad, didn't see it but just saw the ambulance come on to the pitch

Same here. Saw not much happening on bet365 so thought I'd have a quick look at the stream.

For me I'm doing 3.51-5.5 ave book price. Still up.

IF I get on them I tend to get in on Double chance (Home or away) and look to get in at 1.51 or higher.

@chris-osborne Agreed - I entered at 3.5 but might have to start doing the double chance although the odds are so low I'm not sure how that works. There's definitely something going on when top teams can't even beat bottom teams. It seems to be happening more and more.

Don’t just enter them blindly, for me I’m not entering any of them odds above 4 as liability to great or do what Stuart suggests and use the double chance market

@richard-latimer I'm watching too. I'm pretty sure that the keeper caught the attacker with a flying elbow but has got away with it due to the presence of the defender getting involved at the same time. Cue mayhem and an ambulance. Looks like a draw.

    Feb 3rd

    Kayerispor Alanyaspor 1-1
    Antalyaspor Besiktas 1-1
    Dijon Lyon 0-1
    Burnley Man City 0-2

    -4.09 pts today.

    Salient points:
Two draws from Turkey on the same day is rare; in fact, today there were 4 draws from 5 games in Turkey. I'm no expert, but I imagine that's unusual.
Both draws involved games with red cards.
Dijon, for once, didn't ruin things by drawing at home.

I only did the Besiktas game today as didn't like the odds on the others.
