Aug 2024 £3000 - ? Bank Challenge
-
1 more potential tonight in the states but it's been a really weird weekend. Friday nothing qualified, Sat I had 6 selections and today so far 5. Since I stopped on the outliers this was bound to have an effect but been almost as many outliers this weekend as for the whole previous year haha!!
Essentially HT scenarios and stats just haven't met the criteria with the same frequency they normally do.
-
Norway 2 winning is good but that game was an outlier and just adds to the data.
Wales I don't have enough data on but the win is welcome
Scotland was the first as I'm not sure I've been collecting data in that league until now. May as well track and see where it goes. Prob nowhere.
Swiss Challenge has just about played itself back into contention. As already mentioned I avoided 4 losses in the outliers yesterday which has just enabled me to tighten up a little bit from here.
-
Updates from yesterday:
-
-
Another one avoided in Mechelen too.
-
Still a little to update but by leaving the outliers I saved myself a bunch today.
Eupen, Hamburg and Plzen all would have lost. As is my bank is still nice and secure and I've learnt a little more about where my criteria is going to settle.

@richard-latimer thats fine, as long as you know im only here to help and that its from a good place thats all i can offer. Im fully supportive of you nailing this and hope this does come good quickly for you

@richard-latimer The reason people keep offering you advice mate is because they can see the things that can be changed in this system. I want to draw your attention to something i mentioned back on the 20th of august, this just shows im consistent in what iv been saying for ages now.
Going back over this blog your bank rise has only come from deposits. Your actual profits are small and only 1-2 trades from break even.
According to your most recent post of your bank size your overall profit is £21.46 since the very beginning of your starting this journey. The bulk of this bank is you depositing your £5 here and there. Based on this £195.54 of it is deposits+initial bank.
Now im not ever going to say that meaningless, anything can be compounded, but your not moving in a big enough direction forwards to eliminate those losses that could just kill that profit. Based on your stakes you have a max liability of £18.08 so really 1 loss and your back to break even.
I wouldnt dismiss what chris offered here. One month you had a +30 run of wins yet didnt make gains. Iv said this to you back then, this strategy has legs i dont doubt that. However what i also said and so have many others, you doing this on the fly with leagues and data is just a recipe for disaster. Youd be miles better off and bank would be way bigger had you just done the btc selections of members filters id suggested back then too.
The advice we give isnt for you to get defensive with we are here trying to help. We know you have a strict timeline for what you want in terms of a bank size to live off by easter. Based on this your basically only gaining marginal gains long term. You can post profit in your titles but as john said many weeks ago, its not about the monthly gains its about the quarterly and ultimately long term. So far what everyone has been suggesting since July has been proven right. Track this in the background as it will eventually come good, any filter can be good with tweaks, but trade the recommended btc selections in meantime.
Just saw chris post and your reply and wanted to give a bit of background as to why people are trying to offer advice still even tho we know you will not like it. We just hope it clicks. Personally i think this will do fine eventually its starting to be break even rather than losses, but its got long way to go still and that bodes a lot of risk to your investment and money that you need.
I'm sorry. I know you mean well but I'm not answering this.

@chris-osborne Sorry if that came across as blunt. Didn't mean it to. It's just that I've been defending my stuff for way too long now and it's FINALLY beginning to speak for itself. Long way to go for both me and it.
-
and yay.....another shitty interlul

@richard-latimer You need to look at your stake sizes if you win 5 from 6 and making a loss.
Another international break after tomorrow until March so got a bit of time to update.
No, with the greatest of respect I don't. I win most days and lose/break even some. My s/r is good in relation to the odds I take. I've been building and profiting very nicely of recent.

5/6 in the end and smallest loss of 63p.
Many oh so nears on the qualifiers today but then off hand I know at least one of those outliers fell in Plzen which was 0-0 so no regrets on protecting the bank. Going to work through the results now which will take a while as always at the weekend.

Grorud was a win. LCS 0-1 Saarbrucken @ 4.8
That one is 0-2 now

Only one of these made the HT grade. Grorud. LCS 1-1 @ 5.8

Just getting these ones out nice and quickly as there's a big block of them:
-
These are on the fringes, the outliers:
For Preussen Munster I don't have enough qualifiers on this scoreline at these low home odds YET
For Den Bosch I don't have enough qualifiers on this scoreline at these high home odds yet
For Grazer the home odds were a little too high but not high enough.........at present. The more qualifying outliers win the more they become not outliers.
