I have been similar cost me thousands over the years. How's the personal situation now ,as you was desperate to get out of your marital home within a time period has that extended or are you out now?
Still there. Sold twice and fell through twice! At least it's giving me a bit longer to sort finances out!

Stakes stay same after small loss Sunday.

Bratvag didn't have a market either.

2/3 and the satisfying thing about it is if any were going to lose I would have picked either the Belgian or the Croatian games.
Losing is never good but on one criteria these had less behind them than the other 2.
The quicker all my selections have decent criteria across the board in terms of the amount of data the more confident I can feel on it all.
Essentially, I'm replicating in practice what I've been producing in theory at present and it's good.
