@richard-latimer Walking is very under-rated as an exercise and calorie control activity. Low risk of injury and low stress on the body but still uses plenty of calories, especially if you are walking for miles a day
Yeah, I'm a glorified postman haha!!

@richard-latimer I had that problem during lockdown, was not training so no reason not to start at 10am Thankfully gyms open and not a drop to be seen now
I was doing Joe Wicks every day for a while but that got slack in the end too. Now I just walk miles a day in my job which keeps everything at bay a little haha

Is this thread going to include drink?!? Shame it's still too early to crack one open haha! In fact I need to go past the shop while picking kids up from school.
When I was furloughed and shielding I was stockpiling and it was never a problem. Also so easy to excuse getting on it early because there really was nothing else to do haha!

I will kick things off with my not so finest moment
The missus brother was staying with us and after a chat around junk food they learned that I had not been inside a McDonalds for 25 years. They were horrified and said we must get one now. Not being that interested I said lets make it an eating contest then. The gf's brother always thought he could out-eat me, so the challenge was on. Spoiler alert I won
Daaaaammmmmmnn!!!!!!!
Making me feel hungry now haha.
I had some burger king fries not that long ago and I could only wonder where the salt had gone. Hoping Maccy D's hasn't gone the same way. It's really something when you get a junkfood fix and they're moderating your salt intake.....bastards!
