Anyone interested in health and diets might like the Youtuber:
Kinda science heavy at times. But also does some really interesting podcast style interviews with people in various fields of expertise.
Has not been posted yet but fans of mma might like it, he has just done a podcast with Rich Franklin. I will be watching this as soon as its uploaded. Im a big fan of Mr Franklin and think he was in UFC at the time it changed from styles to true mixxed martial arts. People like Rich were the ones who truly led the way (with maybe and argument to be made for Frank Shamrock) in cross training styles.

@matt-wood I know him so I will just tell him to shut up if he says anything ahahaha! Although I am thinking of kitting myself out at home at the moment, some cracking stuff kicking about. Bench, power cage and some dumbbells pretty set!
I do love a shake shack though! I was going to say the other American burger chain that is white and red - but thought Folan would pick up on that and it would get outta hand.
-
@ryan Yea Ive used some of that kit, really rough on the hands, especially if its a brand new bar too! Liquid chalk is your friend there, fills in all the grooves Gym owner wont thank you for it though
Yea I was shocked at that too! in just one week and only the burgers eaten out, not counting anything eaten at home for bbqs etc.
-
@matt-wood Ahahaha yes the old meat hooks!
I remember I joined a new hybrid gym they called it with all the primal strength (the brand) kit was amazing but my god the bars were killer on the hands, it was like sandpaper.
That is the amount of burgers eaten, Jesus!!!

@matt-wood WOW top work matey
Cheers Came about when I found out the weight (in kilos) of the average amount of burgers eaten out in the UK in a week, 1'250'960!!
Wondered if I could lift that, I might still get there.Niggle injuries are starting to pile up now though as I have been slowly dropping weight since April too. Hands are the worst so just strapping my hands to the weights/machines and treating them as meat hooks lol
All good fun though.
