hardest trades I find with discipline is the unders Eammon.
They are the hardest to handle when it comes to improving your discipline. Are you going for other types of trades?
I was doing the correct score market which was doing well as well as laying the dog pre game, also successful. I just got overconfident yesterday and went against my plan.

Red's made my life this week!
What about your trading do you think you are getting complacent with?
Long may our success continue.
I over staked yesterday, went against what I had been doing by getting over confident and going for too much.
My target is 10% per month and the fact I was up 27% so far this month I overstaked knowing that a few losses I was still ahead but that was wrong and I know that. Discipline is the key for me. -

I have not posted in the last couple of days, mainly to the fact that the mighty reds were on the cusp of winning the league and then done so. I have abandoned my under 2.5 strategy for the time being and to turn my attentions to a few other strategies, mainly the correct score market and the lay the dog markets.
I was backing the score at the current score e.g 0-0 with the intention of greening up and also backing 1-0 if the home team was looking like scoring therefore greening up quickly. It made quite a few pound over the last couple of days as well as using the ratings page on BTC and laying the dog. Both strategies won me some good money over the last 5 days.
However (there's always a however) today I got complacent and and started to go a little off track when I took a red in the Barcelona game, I tried to get out of it by laying 2-2 when Barca went in front again and took a £44 loss.
Next up was the United game and again took a few losses in the correct score market to lose £39. Won a few pound back in other trades but overall a loss of £60. Poor day but all in all still going strong with a 15% profit so far this month.
I just need to pull my reign back in and not to get to complacent in some of my bets. I know I made mistakes today, before I joined BTC I would have lost a lot more than £60 today. (my mind would have gone and so would have my bank)Back again tomorrow to chip away at the green.

I found this a little too with unders because the winners are a low greens, when the market goes against you it's takes a bit to recover.
Lately I've been taking the liability out and letting the rest of the game run as a free bet. Most games I've scratched on but a couple of winners. Will need to check back the last couple of days to see where I am at.
When I first thought to do unders came from videos I watched with scalping and most have seen is from horse racing. Some seem to just get one tick and get out with a couple of ticks profit at a time.
-
@eamonn-hogan sounds like your losses are eating into the profit too much, as at that strike rate you would hope to be very profitable. Is there anything you can do with looking for better odds?
-
Completed overall 100 trades mark today. Results are 90/100 winning trades. Not a great lot of profit in this, maybe have to tweak it a bit?
-
Up and down day today and finished down by nearly 2 points after the great day yesterday. My unders produced the loss with £11.82, over 2 points. I had green on the ELO by laying villa Everton and Ludogorets. I lost £10 on the correct score market at the villa game with villa scoring when they didnt look like it.
Still green since I started recording so its still good.If I can even finish scratch for the next 3 months I will be happy because it will show me that I can control myself. I would normally do a rash bet somewhere along the line so if I am scratch in the next 3 months I will be a happy man. Onwards and Upwards.

@eamonn-hogan great work!
Cheers. My discipline would be my only negative in being long term profitable I think.

Morning, looks like you had a top day yesterday great stuff.
When your filter throws up say 3 games that all KO at the same time do you pick one to trade and track the others or do you trade all three?
Yeah had a great day yesterday. Long may it continue. I trade all 3 if at the same time. I set the cash out up for a .55 green and it does it automatically. If an early goal went in on one of those 3 games I would then focus on it to work off the red in stages.

@eamonn-hogan great work!

Great Green Day.
9/10 Winning trades on my unders so far today with the only exception in the Denizlispor - Besiktas game. In this game after the early goal I layed off the unders in £1's to limit my loss to £1.71 so in total the unders won me £3.90 with two more trades left in the Verona and Athletico gamesI also made some green trading the correct score markets in the Millwall, Brighton, Shakhtar and West Ham games for a total of £19.32 profit and I layed West Ham for a .92 green.
Overall green day so far of £24.14. If no goals in first 5 minutes of last two games will take me over the £25 mark. Great day with 5 points profit. And thats a wrap. 11/12 winning trades and a overall green of 5 points.

look like your doing really well with your unders Eamonn.
From lookin gat the loss when you trade dout you need about 6 winners for every losing trade to break even. From your results you are getting more than 6 wins for every win and I am sure if this continues you will see a steady daily growth in your bank. With compound interest and adjusting stakes I can see this working out well for you.
Good stuff and keep it up and I am looking forward to seeing you become successful
Appreciate that mate.

To summarise yesterdays trading. I had 10/11 winning trades in the unders, with the only loss coming in the Vendssyssel game and took a small loss on it but came out in total profit £2.32 with this strategy just shy of a half point.
In other strategies I layed the draw in the Spurs v Utd game and with spurs taking the lead I didnt get any green on my screen. As the came wore on it started to green up but United equalised before i could get out so I took a £12.75 loss on the draw. Im going to give that system a miss now because that is 3 games in a row where I have layed the draw and the dog has scored first and there was no green available.
I backed the draw in the Norwich v Saints game hoping to get out a few ticks lower but a Saints goal ended that with a £4.38 loss however I won £4.60 on the correct score in that game. In fact I won £1.84 in the correct score in the Barca game and I also Layed Seville to finish yesterday on £3.67 in the red.
It was the laying of the draw in the spurs game which caused that.Quite a few unders for today, check out the spreadsheet
Hope its a green day for everyone.

@eamonn-hogan Haha I lost that one too and I was exactly the same I would have been angry and chased the money, I tried the reback and out in 4 mins as you say the game died down a bit.
Best of luck for the rest of your trades this evening
