Yes mate. Usually lay the dog not to be winning at half time usually around 4.0. If dog takes the lead take the red
-
@eamonn-hogan As Darri already said, WOW mate 82 pts up!
Fantastic stuff, even better that you are not stressed about doing it and that it is all within your set limits
Laying the dog in the halftime market? You mean you are betting the dog WILL NOT win the first half?

82 points/82% bank growth is frickin huge mate what type of trades have you been doing? buzzing for you after the up and down you had previously
Cheers mate. Just keeping it simple. Backing the favourite later on in games at a better price, laying the draw if BOTH teams looking for a win. I have also been laying the dog in the half time market. It has been very successful and where most of the profit has come from.

@ryan-carruthers
I think it has just clicked that long term o can be profitable if I keep my discipline.

@eamonn-hogan amazing to hear, whatβs been different this time?

First post after returning to BTC.
I have been doing amazingly well the last 2 months since I last posted.
Up a total of 82 points. Well ahead of where I expected to be. All these trades have been without any stress either, all within my limits.I have fallen behind with my recording of my results, mainly because I have been doing so many trades, before I would have been concerned about doing so many trades but not now as they are all within my limits and I dont see it as gambling.
In a good place at the moment and am happy with my trading. -

Late weekly check in this week
Sunday 18th October.Too many poor trades this week with the Internationals. Wont be doing them again.
One trade in my strong fav strategy I backed the Netherlands against Bosnia at 2.2 (1.4 pre match). The stats suggested that they were the better team but unfortuantly the goal never came and I made a 1 point loss.
In my LCS/LTD there were FAR too many poor trades. 13 in total with 8 of them being red for a total of 4 points red.The golf got me out of a hole with just over 4 points green in the European golf and just over 3 points in the US golf. Total for the week just under 3 points green.

Friday 9th October
Weekly check in.
Great weekend on both the European golf with a 4 point win and backed that up with another 4 point win in the american golf. 8 points got the week of to a great start.
In my strong favourite system I only had 2 trades this week, firstly in the Celtic game against ST Johnstone. Celtic started the game at 1.4 and I entered when the score was 0-0 and celtic were 1.85, celtic won the game to bring up just shy of 2 points.
The next game was Wolves against Fulham. Wolves were 1.75 at kick off and I entered at 2.2 and came out with just shy of 2 points again.12 trades in the LCS/LTD with 9 of them being green for a total of 5 points green.
There was one trade in the IPL for one point profit also.
A total of just under 16 points this week.

Great to see you making such progress. Numbers on a spreadsheet dont lie and, for me at least, it is much harder to 'forget' or 'misremember' things to justify a trade you shouldnt be doing when its all down on a spreadsheet.
Simple yet effective. Most of the best ideas are that way. Might start having a look at that sort of thing myself Thanks for sharing
United need a MASSIVE clearout of players and backroom staff and board members. Club had no direction. Cavani is another Sanchez signing. Massive wages and done just to make it seem like the board are doing something We will never catch up with your lot at this rate!
United are a mess mate, spurs should have scored 10.
All I shall say is Villa???!!!!!!
But yea you are right Utd are a stonking great pile of horse s**t!

Yes the head seems to be in a better place in regard to trading. I think that equation that @Finn-Kristensen help me set up made me see how much discipline can help the numbers.
My strong favourite strategy is very simple. I only use the top leagues and I filter through them myself to see if any low price favourite, anything around 1.7 or below at kickoff. I then check these matches at half time and if itβs still 0-0 and the favourite has been creating chances and they are 40 ticks more than kick off I enter for one point. Iβm currently 19/21 on this strategy. 90% so far. I just think itβs value getting a better price with still 30-45 minutes left in the game.
Itβs a defender or two United need.
By the way Cavani canβt train on a Thursday, he has his pension to collect. -
Great to see you are enjoying your trading and making a profit at the same time, who could ask for more
Seems like you have come on a million miles from just a couple of months ago
If only Utd could manage that too but hope is high we are signing Cavani! Just what we need!
Mind if I ask how you find your strong fav matches, I have been trying something similar with a filter for a while and its going ok but not brilliant.
Keep it up
