    Saturday 3rd October

One trade this week in my strong favourite strategy, In the Danish super Liga Nordsjaelland were playing Lyngby. Lyngby went 0-1 up against the run of play and were up against it. Nordsjaelland were 1.66 at the start of the game and i backed them for one point at 3.5. They equalised soon after HT. I greened up for 1.5 points profit.
In my LCS/LTD I had 11 trades. 5 winners and 6 losers and was scratch. Total for the week was a small 1.5 points green. GREEN IS GREEN.

I have just started today with one trade in the Norwich- Derby game. I laid the draw at 1.8 and greened up with a late goal from Derby for just over .5 points.

Im enjoying my trading at the moment. Long may it continue.

    Friday 25th September

Another good week started with a big win in the golf. After successfully laying Schauffele and Rory McIlroy after the second day then various other lays on Schauffele on the third day as well as a lay on Oosthuizen on the third set me up nicely going into the fourth day. As it came to the back 9 I laid Wolffe to end up with 23 points green.

Onto the football. I had 11 trades in the LCS/LTD strategy. 6 winning trades and 5 losing trades. This brought up 6 points green.
In my strong favourite system I had 2 trades, 1, I backed Olympiacos at 1.84 (ko odds 1.44) and Celtic against Riga at 1.64 (ko odds 1.18) for just over 1 point green.

Just 13 trades in the football all week, before I would have done that on a saturday morning. Less is definitely more in this case.

Total for this week. Just shy of 30 points green.

    Sunday 20th September

This week has been busy with work so have only got to post today.

I am trying to stay clear of the forum to be honest as I dont want to get distracted from what Im doing and get drawn into trades that I see posted.

I have had 3 trades in my strong favourite system with 2 winners and a loser. In the Lille game v Metz Lille were 1.55 at KO. I entered at 3 and got the goal in the 88th minute. I had a winner in the PSG game also against Metz. PSG were 1.22 at KO and I entered at 1.72 and got the goal in the 93rd minute. I had a loser in the Guimaraese game on friday night. This brought me in 1.75 green. I had 7/10 winning trades in the LCS-LTD system to bring up 6 points green. That is all I have done all week.

I feel doing less is more. I am very happy were I am at at the moment and doing less is helping. I am not using any filter or anything, just basically selecting some games at the start of the day that could become a trade if no early goal and the favourites price goes out by 40 ticks.

Small winnings add up and Im up 45 points since I went back to basics middle of August.

Im now off to watch the CHAMPIONS OF ENGLAND AND THE WORLD.

Excellent update Eamonn 45pts profit in a month think we’d all swap with you.

More important than profits is how you’ve changed the mindset and discipline around.

Thanks Chris. Just trying to keep things simple
