Just watched the Video by Martin and it is just what I needed to watch.
Others may want to watch this as well ,I found it really helpful and a big wake up call i needed.
Since lockdown, my mentality in trading has gone out of the window, with so much time on my hands and not knowing what to do with myself I have been trading sports and games I would never touch under normal circumstances.
The football games I have been trading are not on my filters and just basically gambling , I end up losing and then chasing losses and hate to admit it ( feel ashamed and embarrassed) blown several banks.
One thing that Martin said that stood out, instead of trading as normal with new leagues paper trade your strategies rather than use real money until you are confident that the system will work, or trade with tiny stakes and record your results.

@martin-futter I Needed a video like that as i was starting to get out of control. Not traded today after i watched at lunchtime. All i am going trade at the moment is the lay the field strategy on the horses, just with £2 stakes and take the emotion out of trading.
May look at other strategies paper trading only and wait for a decent level of football to return .
