@mark-maguire I’m constantly trying to adapt how I look at data and how I use and interpret it. In the past I would look at it just before a busy time then rush into a change, now I prefer to do it over a couple of days to give me time to mull things over. Going back over old videos and podcasts etc feels pointless, but I think it’s very useful

@lee-woodman good stuff, funnily enough I've found myself doing the same over the last couple of days, it amazes me how I come back to the data after a break from analysis and see things with such fresh eyes (without stating the obvious) - this week I found myself looking at some of @Ryan 's videos again and that led to analysing all my data and a new opportunity from existing filters which on paper looks really solid over 1000 games plus, now to test it of course. But Data Days have been huge for me in learning, testing and progressing.

Ive finally had time to look through the data on my filters. One filter i cant seem to get anything out of for some weird reason but the second looks really good. About 6 hours worth of checking data and firstly tightening up the criteria and secondly moving the trades to later in the game is the way forward! Even less trades but hopefully a better risk to reward
Ive not done much micro tweaking (ive actually added most leagues back in now the criteria is stricter) but ive found that games that are 0-1 or 1-0 at HT generally have a very different second half to most other scores!

@james-rome I think thats the thing - Conte wouldn't be the worst shout but its another Mourinho appointment and they've said they are going the other route.. The only thing that may appease fans is someone like David Gill getting officially back involved and setting out a plan . Zidane available too but like Conte .. is he a "builder of clubs" ?.. maybe only Erik Ten Hag whose out there can point to building things?

@mark-maguire conte ? not really a long time soultion but will proabably win something over 1 - 2 years normally goes bad with him by the third year
