@keith-anderson Keith is there still the same "Love" between Glens and Linfield ? .. spent some time over there a while back when we brought a player from Linfield and played a friendly as part of the deal.. watched some games scouting players etc, rivalry was serious stuff..

    Absolutely! Linfield are bastards!!

Glentoran was George Best's team. George's childhood home is around the corner from where I live. Glentoran famously rejected George because he was deemed 'too small'!

A great advert for sticking around for the (very late) goal. I was watching three matches tonight: there was a goal in the 87th minute in the Ipswich match; a goal in the 89th minute AND the 93rd minute in the Fleetwood match; and a goal in the 89th minute in the Glentoran match!

    and 95th minute for MKD

Excelsior – Goal nicely timed after second drip. Green

Luton – Game livened up after third drip, stayed in and greened up after second goal on 56.

Burton – IPS stats were healthy but with pre match warnings kept stakes at minimum, took red on the chin at 60 mins.

Birmingham – Took nice green with goal nicely timed just as I entered second drip

Glentoran – Greened up with goal on 29, then went in on 01.5 market with odds at 1.31 for further green

Fleetwood – Took green after second goal, (bit of luck as was looking at another market when first went in and second was just 4 mins later)

Small green on correct score Markets at Fleetwood and Luton.

Green this morning on Melbourne game

    Overall plus 3.75 points today

Thought I'd share this mistake as it did make me chuckle.

    Am currently working on a Split Stake filter and load any games to my bot first thing in the morning... I'd made two mistakes here;

Mistake 1 - The Luton game shouldn't have been loaded as it also qualified on my "Manual Split Stake" filter which basically means I'd trade those games with full stakes

Mistake 2 - I'd loaded the wrong market on the bot (o1.5 FHG rather than o1.5 match goals)

I was only watching Stats on 2 games Luton & Coventry, wasn't over convinced on either so didn't enter... I then drifted over to my bot to check it was firing okay (more through boredom than anything) and noticed this mistake I kept it running as it would've been a real giggle had it actually come off, shame it didn't 😂

All other games were loaded with correct markets (o1.5 match goals), shame I didn't load the FHG market in the Fleetwood game 😂

@richard-latimer absolutely fair assessment. Was for information more than anyone else. I'm sat at work in an empty shop and it's the only live sport on atm 😂

I think everyone is staying clear of AFCON. Yesterday tournament favourites and competition hosts Cameroon played a team ranked something like 126th in the world who didn't have a recognised goalkeeper and their best defender got sent off after 6 minutes. It was 1-0 at HT and finished 2-1. It just doesn't make sense!

The under 0.5 went from 60 to 27 in about 10 minutes so would have been a decent profit for anyone with balls of steel!

@matt-ayles I'm not trading the AFCON anyway but wouldn't touch 9 men. One team will dig in for their life!

                                                          Odds. 2.5. Score. 2.5. FHG. 1.5

    Excelsior Den Haag 2.3 2.9 66% 2 2 1.64 96% 1.12 86% 1.24
    Luton Bristol City 1.75 4.75 73% 3 2 1.48 97% 1.17 90% 1.19
    Burton Milton Keynes Dons 2.7 2.62 61% 2 2 1.77 93% 1.15 84% 1.29
    Glentoran Coleraine 1.7 4.5 59% 2 2 1.82 89% 1.21 83% 1.3
    Birmingham Peterborough 1.9 4.33 50% 2 1 2.15 91% 1.18 76% 1.42
    Fleetwood Town Plymouth 2.5 2.75 62% 2 2 1.72 87% 1.23 85% 1.27

    Notes:

Excelsior – Care with match odds, strong stats FHG and 01.5. Trade to start and then monitor IPS

Luton – Good stats, home fav .. Caution Bristol good win against Cardiff (tails up) Trade, Monitor IPS

Burton – Stats borderline, close game and match odds red flag, min stakes then monitor IPS

Birmingham – Stats borderline, two struggling teams, important game may be tight – monitor before staking

Glentoran – Decent FHG stats, concern over match odds as mine show closer at 2.19/3.1 vs 1.7/4.5 start gently and monitor IPS

Fleetwood – Stats decent, Odds suggest caution, long trip for Plymouth midweek after disappointing defeat on Saturday, first big test of new manager. Fleetwood need points. Trade from start based on stats but then with caution based on IPS.

Only one on my 01.5 filter was this morning in Australia.

These are all my filter results today, Sunday was, I am convinced a watershed moment for me. I’ve built up healthy stats, and healthy results over a period of time, and the only real enemy has been myself. The way I responded to what was overall a profitable day on Saturday but which finished with two reds, both 0-0 (which ridiculously I’ve never experienced to date) sent me on a few hours of introspection, "am I making it too complicated", "Keith and the other Pro’s make it so simple " etc etc. I had a word with myself, analysed my data, my actions and my progress and the evidence is there, the simplicity for me is that if I stick to the plan its profitable. – Don’t get too clever, don’t overthink, follow the disciplines I’ve created and don't worry about having a more complicated approach at this stage because my mentality is that I feel I need it to give me confidence and structure.

So I started Sunday absolutely determined to follow the plan to the letter.

    First trade – 0-0.. 😳

Really tempting at this point to decide I’ve lost the plot and can’t do it anymore, two more trades goals slow in coming, but I stuck to the plan. Traded by the letter and had a really really decent day with +4 points.

I’m really keen not to pretend I’m something I’m not on here, I’m still learning so much, but have found something/ a system and structure which works for me - sometimes I bang on about it too much in my over enthusiasm, but I want to post at least a day or two a week here to hold myself to account... again I need that discipline at this point of my journey.. Trouble is I always take up too much space, for which, forgive me :folded_hands:
