    Hi all
    Im trading goals.
At the moment Im not using a filter - but its something i would like to use in the future
I look for games where both teams have a High BTTS % - especially against same type of opponents
I try to make sure the goal scorers from each team are playing and also the otter key players. It always Nice when the top scorers are on form.
I like the High scoring avg leagues and i try to stick to leagues where i know the refs are not affraid to add on a lot of time after 90 min.
But generally i think its a good idear to filter teams instead of leagues.
I use a lot of time to find good games for over 1.5 or 2.5.
Therefore - which sites do you guys use for previews, squad stats (MVP) and stats in generel?
Have you made a document for each of the teams you like with mvp in defence, midfield and attaché? That would save time
    Thomas

I use SofaScore, find it excellent. Have used the usual suspects Flashscore and Livescore but it trumps them all in my opionion. Very easy to navigate and the amount of stats on offer is superb. Well worth a look. I also recomend using the app as its far easier to navigate then the website and also a lot easier to check stats while on the laptop.

@james-rome the way these 2 teams are playing I wouldn’t be surprised if Celtic got another. Rangers have been poor and Hatate looks by far the best player on the pitch. Surely he’ll be after a hat trick

is there any coincidence that alot of us are seeing drop off in filter success when most European Leagues other than English banned supporters in December/January?

I’ve also had a big drop off in the last few weeks so I decided to do a deeper dive into one specific league to see if I could find a pattern somewhere.

I chose the Dutch second division for this, reason being is that historically this is a league that I’ve found normally has lots of goals (current season av just over 3 goals a game) but has been performing pretty poorly for me of late.

Interestingly from my analysis the entire league (not just games in my filter) has had a big drop off in January.

November - av 3.06 goals a game, ov 1.5 in 76% of games

December - av 3.2 goals a game, ov 1.5 in 87% of games

January - av 2.42 goals a game, ov 1.5 in 66% of games

That’s quite a drop off from the current season average, so it got me thinking why, is it lack of fans, tired players, poor weather? Still looking into it but for those that have been tracking results for a year or more, have you seen January drop offs in previous seasons in certain leagues? Interested if there is correlation year to year or whether this is just a one off.

Jan & Feb can be difficult months to trade... A top pro from a previous life never liked January's

My SHG filter is normally solid but struggled last month, was doing fine until the final weekend and went 7pts green to around 1.4pts red 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I still managed just over 5pts green but expect a minimum 10 full pts green each month

Isn’t the English Championship absolutely shite to trade this season? Much prefer League One

It's a shite league full stop. Never understood the love for it. Tonnes of 0-0 games or no SHG games. Too many teams all of roughly the same standard.

Standard is extremely poor this season.

There is quite often a post Christmas slump. Before Christmas, pretty much every SHG filter was coining in money.
Reversion to the mean. It'll pick up again.

Celtic v Rangers tonight! @Stuart-Capstick 's arse will be twitching like a rabbit's nose! Personally I just want over 1.5 goals with a SHG!

Not at all. Very confident Celtic will claim supremacy of Glasgow..
