Nothing to write home about today it was green but only just.
Finished this morning even was down by 2.30pm
and crawled it back.
I’ll need to check but went 0-2 on FHG’s and 3 no trades as the goals came to early. Got 3 2HG with 1 in Belarus and 2 in Germany. The no goal in the Bremen match was a bugger and a LTD finished 1-1. Got the 2HG in Czec and that got me over the line. It wasn’t on my filter it just looked good in play and was expecting an equaliser not 2-0. Probably safe to say I got a little excited today and will reign that in now that normal programming is starting to resume. -

Laid over 2.5 goals in Belarus after that early one. Wanted to do it pre kickoff but odds too low.
2nd goal fairly shortly after. Don't expect anymore. Will leave to HT in what will approach break even.

@john-hurst spot on mate. you will get games where you think "how the hell has someone not scored" but if you have a plan and stick to it then it all comes together, for me inplay stats and match reading are important if it looks like a goal is coming then get on it if a good price is available.

@liam-willis i managed to get in on the isloch game with a LTD around the 70 minute mark, was quite fortunate in the end but it was a scrappy yet open game. The away team missed a sitter before that goal went in- couldnt believe it lol

@john-hurst hey mate, best advice early doors. Follow Martin’s LTD or Keith’s. Get involved around 60 mins when the lay odds have lowered. If you’re not watching the match follow the in play. The Belarus game you bailed on had great in play stats and when you’re starting off it’s easy to freak out a little if it’s 0-0 at 70 mins. Remember tho and you’ll see it yourself but lots of goals are scored post 70 mins. If you’re not comfortable laying try Ryan’s split stake but choose 1 strategy mate and just stick to it. It’s easy to get overawed by options and it’s also really easy to jump on other guys trades. There’s nothing wrong with that as you should check out what they’re doing and two things will come. You will either go “Yeah that sounds and looks like a solid trade, or you’ll go “Na not for me.”
Baby steps mate trades will go against you and you’ll have 96th minute winners. Once you’re confident and have your own filters stick to them, but if the in play is not strong and you’re not feeling it then don’t bother with it. There’s never a shortage of football. It’s a learning game and even the best guys on here who’s opinions I respect are still always aiming to be better but they all have discipline down pact. You’re at the best site to learn so don’t beat yourself up to much. I hope that helped and I haven’t rambled to muchThank you for that man, appreciate that Got a bit carried away today ha ha will have more structure tomorrow. The main strategies that i want to make successful are the over 0.5 goals in the first half, Over 1.5 goals split stake and im going to give the 60 minute LTD a go too. Will stick with the filters but also research the games too. Also a big one is to keep better track of the games in play! have a good evening man- cheers
-
@john-hurst a perfect example mate was the isloch game at 64 mins the goal stats were very good it was 1-1 i got in on the over 2.5 market. ( lay the draw would have been a good one too) the goal went in 92nd minute. if i had traded out id have missed that, if the goal hadnt come then so be it i would have still made the same trade on the inplay stats. over time these will go in your favour and you will be in profit.

@richard-latimer Know the feeling mate I had the Bayern game on my over 2.5 goal strategy. The odds were too low for me to enter 1.37 I think on 15mins (my usual entry point) was going to leave 10mins and then a minute later the 1st goal lol!
Will add notes to my post earlier for the potential trades to show you how little I actually managed to trade! -

Started off well. Where I went wrong is in deviating to someone elses plan when all mine failed to turn into a trade.
It's so much easier to take when your own trade loses ie Sandhausen than when you think, well he's still got a live one so I'll jump on that instead.
My own fault completely but that's where I need to make the necessary changes.
If Teplice is 0-0 and only 0-0 after 62 mins I will LTD.
There's another ruled out. This is inevitably what leads to bad decisions.
Over 1.5 is only 70% though so sticking to my guns.
