@James-Woodroffe Shalom mate! Don’t give yourself too much of a hard time. I was very close to backing Leverkusen tonight! Thankfully I talked myself out of it. Maybe on a different night I would not have been able to.

Your selections tonight were the same as Ryan’s and myself. You’re clearly on the right track. Trading isn’t your problem, your behaviour is your problem.

Behaviour is something you can work on. I did. I’m not great at it all the time, but I’m constantly getting better at it. You can too.

@allan-birch So had one of those days today where all the late goals went in my favour. Really doesn't happen often so feeling lucky. All 3 of my new late goal filter for split stake 1st half goals came in at 43' 28' and 43' respectively so 11 of 12 bets matched and 3pts profit. Bremen game was the only reverse and I stuck to plan with 6pts banked. Its so tempting sometimes to veer off course and before I joined here I was terrible for that. Thanks to you guys comments and advice I feel im really improving my focus, selections and discipline This is a great community and we all can become one of the 5% with each others help and support.Heres to a green day tomorrow.

@james-woodroffe it sounds to me like you are trying to force it mate, i think the mental side of trading is the hardest thing to conquer, we all have bad runs and question what we do, its what we learn from those mistakes which i think makes us better traders. ive had a bad night too and ive just analysed my trades, i didnt actually make a lot of mistakes, it was the going off plan that messed it up. this forum is great because no one judges and everyone helps out so your not alone mate keep your chin up.

@james-woodroffe I do feel that we can all learn much more from mistakes... Its made me a better trader and mistakes will make us all better traders, so long as we dont keep making the same mistakes over and over again

We'll all get there one day guys and make good profits. I deviated from my plan but was fortunate to still come out with 1pt green.

Remember we're trading not matched betting and at times we will lose... Theres some great traders on here who can help you reach your end goal.

I’m really angry with myself tonight and I hope that my anger helps the new guys who have joined. I got up at 6am this morning checked my filters did my pre match research got myself sorted for the day. I went to post my trades and quickly discovered that my FHG matched Ryan’s and my LTD - LCS matched Keith’s. It filled me with so much confidence that if I had a good night so to would the pro’s who have helped me so much along this journey. But you know what I screwed up I went off tap I went for matches that didn’t pan out and were not on my list. Screw That!! If one of the boys has a win on something that’s on their list that they share then that’s awesome. I said the other day do diligence but I take that back. Don’t! Stick to your own filters stick to your own plans and trades. If you agree because your filters match then chat because this forum is unreal. If it doesn’t match ignore it and hope that the guy who posted is spot on. Before Covid I had more money than sense I get paid to watch sport all around the world. I haven’t worked since February 1 I don’t know how to do anything else except produce sport and run pubs that’s it. All I want is to be good at this I want to be a trader but I keep making dumb mistakes. Do as I say if you’re new not as I do and you’ll get there a lot quicker. The tools are here the expertise is here stick to the plan don’t deviate.

Not a bad start for me
First day of football trading today, managed to make profit on 8 trades out of 8. Was a bit nervous trying not to miss entries and exits, but followed my plan to the book and ended up with +3.4pts. Small stakes at the moment as just starting and creating my long term game plan. Will work hard now get more weapons ready before more BIG football is back!
