@james-everard i had a bad run a while back and felt like throwing the towel in. what i did was change strategies to focus on 1 or 2 these were scalping and 2nd half goals. then i dropped to minimum stakes so that the money didnt matter so much. when i was profitable i upped the stakes in small increments. im still doing that whilst i feel comfortable with the stakes im using. what this has done is made me more regimental in my trading, i get in when i think its right and get out when its right, if i miss a trade which id say is 80% then so be it on to the next.
I've been betting pence for months. Only now Betfair have changed their API and I've been forced to go into the £'s. It's all about percentages. I knew I couldn't afford to lose £5 here and £5 there so I stuck to playing it small. Build organically was my idea. Show it could be done. Start miniscule and get confident while upping bit by bit.

United are currently 1.77. Fully expect united to up their game. They’ll bring a few subs on soon too.
Goal! 0-1
That’s me greened up. Now I can stop watching Man United now!

Fantastic Martin.
I switched off from the match after winning on the over 1.5 goals.
Should of stayed in now lol. How many late goals in that game. -

Hope you were quick enough on Fererbahce! 1.25 lay winner
Not me but I'm tracking these ones and could be a no brainer. 1.25 I saw to lay.

@james-everard I doubt you are crap mate. Chin up, this is not an easy thing we are all trying to do, if it was everyone would do it.
Can't pretend I know anything yet but maybe a short break is what you need to reset.
I can ensure you i am not good at trading i don't have the discipline and mentality. You are probably right give it a break as it isn't doing my mental health any good constantly losing money. Good luck mate and follow the people mentioned
Have a break. Come away from purely goal trades. I have and most days it's so much better.
