I’ve been backing Over 1.5 goals tonight in the following matches.
Hull City v Middlesbrough
Sheffield United v Spurs
Real Sociedad v EspanyolOdds are all around 1.4 pre kick off. Should get to over 1.5 within the first 10 minutes. Drip back if required.

Once the games start I shut the forum down and make my actions my sole focus for as long as I’m watching/keeping an eye on games. I might pop back on in between trades but ultimately, anything I’ve not had chance to pick out earlier in the day I avoid.
Sometimes joining a forum like this presents a new challenge for your psychology. There’s a lot going off but that doesn’t alter the fact that trading is ultimately down to how you perform as an individual. Pretty much everything on this site has value to us as traders but only if we stick to the successful mindset we set for ourselves. Pick the best bits and make them work for you personally.

congratulations on giving up the fags mate. I am also trying to kick this awful habit. It is hard! On the upside it does save you a lot of money which I can invest into my trading bank.

I haven't received it yet Andrew. Usually he sends it around 9am but it looks like its a late one today. Maybe Ryans wife has gone round to Martin's house for a heated discussion about his trading.
On the filters you can downlond the games from the members filters. For the lay the dogs I think Martin will select the following games for the email the bottom 2 I am not sure about. I am also waiting for the email before I do any trading though.

@james-woodroffe @Ryan-Carruthers Must have been something in the water yesterday. I was getting the exact same sensation. 2nd guessing myself and thinking I don't 'feel' 'right' about something, but couldn't put my finger on what. I had done my research and the in-play backed up my trades but I felt like things were slipping out of control. Very odd, I put it down to me being a newbie.
I ended the day 3pts green but looking at the results it would be very easy to dismiss it as lucky. I have to remind myself that I do have some knowledge about what I am doing and they were not blind trades.

Quiet day today. I’ll be monitoring the Atalanta match for possible FHG LTD or 2HG if 1-0 or 0-1 and possibly the match in Denmark between Frederica and Hvidore.
Also will be monitoring the Hull v Middlesbrough match for potential O1.5 (depending how it starts) or LTD.

They wasn't kicking off till later, I had dinner with the wife, chatted & joked. Came to trading focused feeling great, the games got to HT one was a back of the fav if losing the other HT LTD.
I get up this morning, I still feel good. I know I made the right decisions on the trades & today is a new day, I have the coffee, I have the cat, I am doing my research and I am on here!
I don’t get it, did the wife leave you because you had a bad trading day?! Tough gig!

Todays picks from me. Touch wood my LTD picks have been great. Making good use of the ratings system to sort out the good from the bad. 12/13 wins in a week with only a small loss in the losing trade. Traded out early. Limited football on today so good opportunity to focus on what is there. Lets have a good one peeps
