I like the look of the Stabaek v Sarpsborg game today to lay the away team, digging in now but initial reasoning:

    Away form is poor
    Home form decent
    H scored 1st v A concede 1st works
HT Scores 1-0 & 0-0 % look in my favour
    Same with H2H

@richard-latimer there was a tonne of games on your Wont Stay Down filter today, any idea how they all went?

Warts Poznan would have lost but it was 3-0 at ht. A real outlier and not sure if I'd ever go for another goal in those circumstances. Katowice I took @ 3.05.

Cracovia would have been a winner, same as Ryokyu. All others had 2nd half goals too early or prices not good enough.

I meant Widzew Lodz, not Warta

Green Day again today but annoyed I missed Young Boys due to shitty WiFi and lack of notification when the goal came.

@daniel-cooper hey mate it took me a while to develop filters that I was happy with and even today when I decided after a bit of soul searching to get back into trading FHG’s I tinkered with my filter slightly. My early filters were a bit of a hotch pot but then I started to look more at how the guys who knew what they were doing would have theirs set up. Then I would find something that someone else like Martin or Keith or whoever had and I would add that. When you first start it’s easy to get sucked into the forum and what other guys are doing but the best thing without doubt is sticking to the daily email until you’re confident to try your own filters. When I first started I tried everything and was definitely guilty of over trading. Sticking to your plans is imperative because if you don’t have one it’s easy to fall down the rabbit hole of what everyone else is doing. The major major thing tho is if you’re not feeling it for whatever reason, if you’re a little preoccupied or you might not feel 100% take the night off. After last night and knowing that’s probably what I needed to do I used small stakes tonight because making money was secondary to just realigning and getting back to what had been the turning point in my journey. Sorry for rambling but I hope that helps. 🍻

Not rambling at all, this is exactly what I was looking for a needed to hear. Thank you 🙂

@james-woodroffe I think this, along with a few other things you and others have said to me tonight, has reiterated to me just how important it is to stick ridigly and striclty to the plan, the rules and everything else. I have been all over the place the last 2 days and yes today I may break even, but I probably shouldn't!!! I need to keep things simple as a noobie and stick to those members filters. I like reading the forum too much and seeing what everyone else is doing!!!

At what point in your trading journeys did you develop your own filters?

@dean-adams yeah mate once you have the filter the way you like it and you enter at the times and rules that you have set for yourself then you become more confident. If a trade goes against you but you’ve stuck to your plan it’s easier to shrug it off. Stick to your plans mate it’s imperative to succeed in the long run.

They weren't playing like a top 6 side when they gifted us those 2 goals haha

@james-everard They said before the game that Klopp has never lost to Arsenal. If they keep ballsing up like they have though, it could be a first but I'm with you, I can't see Liverpool not scoring at least one more.

Thanks fella, and to you too. You smashed it tonight!
Definitely found more confidence with having my own SHG filter. I have my own rules and my own entry point so there’s consistency which was one of my biggest downfalls

    My selections for tonight:

    01.5 S/S
    19:30 young boys v severette geneve - win 0.4pts
20:45 sassuolo v juventus - No trade - early goal
20:45 lecce v fiorentina - No trade - early goal

    LTD/LCS @60’
    17:00 podbeskidzie v Odra Opole - win 1pt
    18:00 Newcastle v Tottenham - no trade, 2 goals before 60’
    19:30 cracovia v lech poznan - win 1pt
19:40 termalica BB v Radomaik Radom - no trade, red card

Created my own SHG filter which hits 100 games tonight with a current SR of 79% so small stakes being introduced. Based of any score at ht. Entry at 60’ provided no more than one goal by 58’ or a red card will also void as per. Trades also excluded due to no motivation factors and missing key players

That’s me done for the night 2.4pts green, and the new filter came good again.
