Cheers mate, appreciate it very much. The main thing I took from yesterday was if the head isn’t right just take a night off. If you don’t it’s when the gambling bug will probably come knocking.

I think its been a great day all round for most traders. A lot of the matches have gone as expected so far this evening.

I can’t believe how well tonight has gone and the importance of sticking to your trading plan. The Young Boys match I posted earlier today in my short list for a late FHG. Apologies for the after timing I was putting the boy to bed but entered on 36 mins at 3.10. The inplay wasn’t great but I thought I’d enter as it was strong on the filter. 1-1 at HT now over 8 points green for the night. The only trade I’ve made that wasn’t on my short list was the backing of Bodo at 2.20. It seemed to good value to pass up.

@daniel-cooper there probably will be goals mate maybe monitor it in the second half and see how they are. Belenenses are going to have to go for it as they are close to the bottom. Might open up spaces for Braga :). Leaving it myself as i have hit my days target

Exactly mate, and just happy that I haven’t gone wandering off some path tonight and got lost.
Had put in so much effort and good rewards that last night felt like a bit of a stage 1 night again. It’s the importance of being in a good head space when you trade.Couldnt agree more! I have tried to trade when Im angry or stressed out and always ends badly. Think calm like a massage room
