@lee-woodman both ways are fine, my filter is based off picking up a goal in the second half so if it comes early i leave it alone as my filter has already done its job. Would be gambling after that.
Im guessing if your filter was more about how many goals there were in a match it would be fine to enter if the goal had already came but i havnt really tried this way of doing it -
Hope everyone had a good days trading! I did, better than the weekend, changed some things my personally and it worked out!
Good luck to anyone still chasing green!
-
When people LCS at say 60' or 70' then i believe the general consensus is that if there has already been a goal in that half then you dont enter the trade. Has anyone collated any meaningful information to suggest thats is actually beneficial to leave the trade alone if there has already been a goal? I only ask because i decided to look at the results of my own filter and it didnt really make a difference and i was curious if people did it 'because thats the way its always been done' or maybe the stats are relevant to my filter alone. Just curious really!

Theres the goal from Mjallby! Good day for the email selections
-
Theres the goal from Hacken. Hoping for a SHG in Kalmar v Mjallby. In play stats not really there so holding off on further split stake entries
-
@martin-futter hi to all!!!will we have any in-play trading football match??
-
@martin-walker Yes mate... Generally min 5 games home & away respectively
-
@alan-steward im not sure if youve found the same but adding a certain amount of games to have been played massively improves my results

@alan-steward mine doesnt miss that many, the filter you shared the other week on the other hand would miss loads. Ive been tracking it to see if i could do anything with it and its showing promise in all sorts of areas.
Maybe with that filter split stake for FHG... I find that works well with mine as it also has early goals
25% on KO
25% on 15mins
25% on 25mins
25% on 35minsThat late one makes up for the poxy early ones and to be fair, whilst I have a few early goals I don't actually get that many.
As a yard stick I've averaged odds of 1.34 by split staking at KO so you could do a rough back test using that average stake on your filters???
-
@alan-steward yes that and fhg are the ones im leaning towards
-
@martin-walker Possibly backing o2.5 goals mate... Excellent value in that, am testing it extensively right now and doing okay with it
-
@alan-steward noticing a lot of goals are coming at 1.5 mark. Feel i may miss out once using cash, i do like the 1.65/7 though as like i said i am greedy ahah. Will re evaluate once i get a bigger sample cheers for the input

what sort of odds are people happy to take on over 0.5 FHG?
1.51 every time mate... just 2 wins to make up a loss and you'll get matched on more winners... Waiting until 1.65+ could be the difference to catching more losers than winners.
That said go with your filter... Do a back test and check your sweet spot for the goal, if your filter is more set up for a later goal then by all means go for 1.65+
Check, check & check your results... You will benefit long term
-
@martin-walker Maybe that is the sweet spot
