@richard-latimer Good on you if you got in on the 93rd min , i missed it but generally don't bother when that late maybe i should though as liability would be really low
It has surely got to be just one of them months for the Elo hopefully . Fingers crossed you can make up for it in September positive thinking mate -

The strategy is a good strategy for sure, but i think there maybe variables at the moment for a few reasons
a) lots of seasons are starting and top teams can take 3 or 4 games to get into the full swing of it
b) teams may have new players from last season and will take time to gel ( as above )
c) Covid - players may have not been training as much as they would have done during lockdown so fitness levels will take time to get match fit
d) Covid again - Playing behind closed doors i am sure will have an effect on home advantage. I remember when the German League resumed after covid the first few games were producing some strange results ( i think i was something like less than 20% of home sides won)I'm wondering the start of a new season is starting to feel like, oh no not again already. Of course the Belgians have only just started and didn't come back after lockdown.
Like I say, maybe @Martin-Futter has the right idea. Can't believe Flamengo. Maybe there really is no bad time to get involved. Later the better.

Need to do some more analysis on these as clearly something has gone very wrong this weekend.

It's clearly a good strategy, if anything a blip like this will only make you scrutinise further and improve it which is only a good thing
They seem badly out of sorts. Doesn't look like an equaliser coming anytime soon.

I was going to go for a goal in Jablonec game but no shots on target and main players from last season seem mainly absent.
