removed liability now with potential to make around 1-2 points if another goal.

2-2 now, taken the 1.5 points.

@stuart-capstick No. Just say they have received everything and that it will be resolved shortly. But always something new. File formats, translation, more documents and so on. The problem is that they use 10 to 14 days to respond. Even though I am in a "escalation" que. Never heard of a customer service that use more than a day. But Betfair use 10 days and upward.

My account got suspended in july. Betfair said they needed update on my ID and salary/income. I sent them the documents the same day. Three months later they still havent manage to verify my account. All the time something new. First they wanted jpeg, and I sent jpegs trough the Betfair customer chat. Two weeks later they wanted PDFs. About two weeks between every time they answer.

Today I got a new response. The files i sent in july, must be translated to english. I counted five norwegian words in the documents. This must be a joke?

I'm so sorry to hear this, Frode. Hope it is resolved soon.

Has Betfair given a reason for this behaviour?

That sounds terrible and must affect you bigtime. You're a pro trader, right? I always thought that Betfair was the safe option as your account would never be suspended but I've heard a couple of negative stories about them lately. Not great when the goal is to become a full-time trader. I do hope you get your case solved.

Loads of games on today, not giving into temptation and only trading these:

    SHG
    Everton Liverpool
    Hertha Berlin VfB Stuttgart

    FHG
    Sandnes Asane

The idea of only trading a few games has seemed so counterintuitive to me with so many opportunities (and games on the filters) during the day. But then I guess that's why I had such bad run of Saturday trading. Making the most of the extra time I'll have not being sat watching football all day too!

Some great Premier League games on today, may watch them all!

Reasonably busy day today. Will be backing a shg for the next over at 1.51 in:

    17/10/2020 16:30:00 Orgryte Dalkurd
    17/10/2020 19:30:00 Molde Bodo/Glimt

Will also be keeping an eye on these games if away goes 0-1 i will lay away, only doing 0-1 scorelines.

    17/10/2020 14:00:00 Vitebsk Energetik-BGU
    17/10/2020 14:30:00 Sandnes Asane
    17/10/2020 14:30:00 Tromso K. Oslo

For a value bet i will be looking to lay middlesbrough when they play reading at home today. The odds are brilliant (2.44) middlesbrough generally struggle at home and have conceded first a lot in recent times. 0_1602931124225_Capture1.JPG
Reading have won 4/4 championship matches scoring 7 and only conceding 1. They will come into this in great confidence. I will only trade out of this should Reading take the lead.
Some good value also in backing over 1.5 goals.
Hope everyone has a positive day.

@ryan-carruthers Can do some trading, but not in the same way I used to. You can get into a trade, but it is very hard to get out of trades. So its hard to do LTD, but you can do LCS. Things like that.
