@darri said in The BTC Football Trading Thread: @richard-latimer Your elo stuff was in peak form over the summer when the leagues got back, would you say that with a new season it might be better to wait until there is more games played so you can then base your games/picks off more up to date data? I'm already leaving out pretty much the first month. To be fair yesterday was good. I just get pissy when I miss winning trades and hit losers haha!!

Bang, first shot on target and it's a goal. I think a strong enough filter negates this depending on price. All it takes for one second half goal is a stupid mistake or moment of brilliance. Most games have at least one goal so it's not like you're hoping for an attacking performance as you need with over 2.5. @richard-latimer said in The BTC Football Trading Thread: @daniel-cooper said in The BTC Football Trading Thread: There was so little action in Varbergs, I shouldn't have entered And Ljungskile but then I thought that in Reading and Bristol City games the other day. I know I shouldn't but ever so slowly losing a little confidence in them in terms of what's better, LTD or lay winning dog.

@daniel-cooper Agreed, I even had that thought pop into my head briefly...before I squashed it flat

2 brilliant games.... So typical after you just miss one and you missed a winner earlier at work also. Plus ELO loser it's over 3pts down today.

thanks guys i was on them as well.
These games seem to spring up on a few filters for some reasons.

@matt-wood It's like hit and hope schoolboy football!

Started off well the first 20 then Elfsborg decided they were going to go prime Stoke City under Tony Pulis. Kind of killed off any attacking threat they had.

@alastair-todd Spot on. On both of these, flicking between the two matches - the quality is awful.

@alastair-todd yea taken hit on the Varbergs game, not a good game, really poor effort from the teams involved
-

@matt-wood and they're both pretty awful games as well! Already taken the hit on the Varbergs game and expect to get a kicking on the other one unless they score in about 6 minutes!
