@matthew-biggins
There are paid ones that allow you monitor different strategies and will only show the matches that meet your set criteria with a unique colour code to denote the strategy.
I'm not aware of any free ones though.Would creating differing accounts with separate email addresses help? You could then have different instances of your favourite app open with different log ins and different lists?

Afternoon all. Does anyone know of a live score app that allows you to create different lists? I.e one list of favourites per strategy?
Currently got three different apps tracking games in three different strategies. I use all three to cross-reference in play stats for each game so it's mainly just about the notification so I know straight away which game is which.
No. If you find it let me know haha. Sofascore used to let you make notes on the app by each fixture but they removed as not enough using it.
Haha. I think I remember seeing you had a similar question a few weeks ago actually mate.
Taken your advice regards, Futbol24. Got games set up on there now alongside Sofa Score and Flash Score.

Plenty of good filters already there for you mate in the members saved filters and the daily list that Martin sends out.
Just keep your eyes on the matches and try to determine the attacking intent of both teams from the IP stats and their motivation. If it's level are one or both parties happy with a point or will both be commited to score again? Games with a one goal difference are a great starting point for 2nd half trading. The losing team will be commited to going for it and as the game drags on they will leave gaps at the back that the other team may exploit. If they are 3 behind going into the last 10 minutes they may well have mentally given the game up.
-
@jonathan-fillingham would advise on finding out what kind of trading you want to do mate, what are you interested in? This is purely a second half goal filter. So many other ways to do things that may suit you depending on experience etc. There are a lot of filters floating about- what is it you want to do mate?

@alan-steward
They are not scalping mate. Their algorithms tell them their considered value price and where it should be at given intervals and the bots will put money in the markets and move them up or down at a given number of ticks above or below where they think it should be. They are happy for you to take their money without worrying about offsetting it and they do it in all markets. It's about the long term profitability to them. They will have some losing games and some winning games but it's the big number on the bottom line that counts at the end of the day to them.
I once had an insight into a large Asian synidicate from a UK member of it and it totally blew my mind the sheer amount of data they were processing!

@john-hurst
Hi John
I am new to BTC and looking for a good place to start on filtering on the statistics. You filter looks interesting and maybe a good place to start, so if you could send me the parameters and an idea of what is best way to trade them would be much appreciated. Cheers Jon -
@bottlabroon Absolutely mate, but we can only look to join them the best we can... My edge comes from successful filters which work for now, I see their big numbers going in... Appear to be mostly scalping the slower moving plus 3 goal markets
-
I'd advise anybody starting out on trading to watch the unders market in play (preferably in ladder format if you have trading software). Watch those tranches of money moving down the ladder at timed intervals whether it be 30 second intervals or 1 minute intervals. These are the big syndicates running their bots, they have vast processing power running complex algorithms using vast amounts of historical stats. If we're relying on historical data alone then we've got to be better than them.
Just my opinion and each to their own

What time we going out... I'm almost drunk now lol
Seriously though I sometimes joke about too much Vodka with my breakfast, turns out I was drinking Gin this morning. Found some chocolate in the fridge and it was really nice so had a few pieces... Sent the missus a message and said "that chocolate you made yesterday is nice" she replied "don't drive it's boozy chocolate made from the damsons left over from my Damson Gin"... Oooops! could have finished the bowl off and still driven but it is nice lol...

@alan-steward fair enough mate, i dont think you read my post i didnt say its not profitable otherwise i wouldnt be doing set and forgets myself. I was merely pointing out to others that long term iv found that if you trade with pre-inplay-price you will get better results and more profit out of strategies, which end of day is what everyone wants. If you dont think those variables affect your data then fine. Iv done countless posts about the issue and btc have whole library of blogs and videos on the same variables.
-
@darri Absolutely and that filter converts exactly where it says at the top of the page... No need to check if top goal scorer is playing, if it's raining or if any red cards... it converts over 80%
-
@alan-steward yip totally agree mate, just saying how iv learnt to trade well, we will all have different journeys and ways to profit, for me data only systems arent as profitable, because they dont take advantage of each individual game. Just my own opinion and experience. If you believe you harvest an edge on the markets with just data over data + inplay trading then run with it bud. Everyone can make a good filter you see it all the time on here but its the ability to trade it well, because they then over rely on it. Pre-inplay-price are in my opinion the simplest ways to learn to trade better.
-
At it's heart trading is pretty simple, if you take value prices you will come out on top and if you don't then you won't.
It's the decision making about the right prices that separate the winners from the losers ultimately.
-
Your table may only be a subset of your data but if not I'd certainly be noting prices at your chosen entry point(s) - How else can you assess profitability?
Just a personal thing but I'd also be noting where the market settles after a goal. Are you better going for 1 goal or going for 2 and taking out your red after the first etc.
Loads of ways to play all trades but it's the prices that determine your profitability.
-
@darri Will not dispute anything you've said Darri but I've taking a filter which was converting at 77% to 84%... Each to their own... There's more than one way to skin a cat... Just saying
-
Recently ive taken bits of gold from people on here and added it to my style of trading.
A filter running at 77% for second half goal at 65 minutes that alan shared. Ive managed to apply things darri taught me and added in only trading scorelines that mean another goal is likely. Then factoring in something keith said about knowing something about the teams youre trading. Then ive been using bottlabroons coo rating to determine inplay. All this has led to improving the strike rate to 89.8% at 65 mins.
Obviously everyone here trades different but theres bits to take on board from everyone here. It really is a great place to be -

Most traders are using this data led approach and over relying on historic data/performance, well so does the markets.Spoken for truth
