@simji im a celtic fan so ill just judge based on us. We have decided on a landmark season to change everything that has worked before. We went from 4-1-4-1 to a 3-5-2. To accommodate the new signings we got. Its been awful. Celtic have had spells without our main defensive partnership of ajer and julien and as a result have been conceding goals for fun this year. Last year we conceded 19 goals, year before that 17. This year in just 13 games we are already conceding 13 goals. Add to that we have had injuries to Edouard and Forrest our two top scorers last few seasons.
Compare that to rangers, in 15 games they have only conceded 3 times. They also signed well and gerrard is clearly building a good squad. In saying that rangers odds last year dipped to 1.5 and i managed a lay. I wont be doing that this year. For me i think those odds on rangers are fair right now and internationals and europe are not helping celtic, rangers are thriving in both domestic and europe. Rob is right any injuries to celtic and its a bigger blow than if any of the rangers starting 11 got injured.
Think of the trade aspect tho, 2 games in hand if they won both of them this price will move. Looks like celtic could be out of europe and rangers still in so more focus for celtic going into 2nd half of season. Plus celtic will likely invest in jan if results look bad. Looking at the next run of fixtures before the next old firm game both have easy games. Rangers have a tricky run of games during that old firm period. after the old firm they have away to aberdeen and away to motherwell. Thats the period in my mind id enter this trade.

@simji Maybe worth doing for a small amount but realistically Rangers are a far stronger team than celtic this year. They are far more likely to pull away than celtic clawing them back. Having watched all their games this year they seem so determined to do well. Also, even if players get injured they have a strong bench full of first team players to take there place.

Goteborg vs Hacken - Goteborg can all but secure their survival with a win whilst if Hacken win this game in hand they jump into the play-off spot with just 2 games left
Norrkoping vs Falkenbergs - Norrkoping need to win this game in hand to have a chance of play-offs whilst Falkenbergs are all but relegated if they dont winBoth of these Swedish games were just shy of the minimum criteria so i will want the situation to be reflected in the IP stats. Only 1 from 2 on the main games. I also LCS in Goteborg vs Hacken. At 1-1 i felt the motivation was there for a 3rd goal and it seemed like their was intent aswell. The prices were pretty decent so i laid at 2.1 but no goal. I think a few others got involved aswell so it wasnt a bad call, it just didnt happen. I always ask afterwards if id do it again in the same circumstances and in this case i would do
Aye that ajax game was a bit of a dud despite it having all the signs of a sh goal. Just one of those things really

@jonathan-fillingham that’s the one thing about LTD from KO is that the strike rate has to be high. Think out of all the strategies on BTC that’s the one that has to be the most consistent to turn a profit.
Not that it isn’t profitable, I’ll add. It’s just that if the goal goes the wrong way you end up with scratch or sometimes a small loss.
