Personally the only place he will shine is in France where the standard is so much worse than the rest of the top 5 leagues

Yep he would excel in a slower paced league as he was starting to show at Juve. Should never have let his agent talk him into moving away from there. Still Cant blane Juve for taking that sort of money!

Laid U2.5 Atletico Madrid at 1.35. 0-0 30 mins.

Didn’t get the FH goal on this but thought I’d explain my logic for those who wonder why I selected it.
At 30 mins Valladolid (in a relegation spot) had 6 goal attempts with 3 of them on target. If they manage a goal you would have to fancy Atletico at home to get the 2 goals needed to win. On that basis the lay at 1.35 looked good value to me. Hopefully Valladolid can nick one 2nd half.

So you let this run now through to about 80mins?

Yes mate, if I need 2 goals at 80 mins then I’ll lay under 1 more goal to make scratch. Laying at 1.35 means it will be a cheap lay to recover. Obviously if I only need 1 goal for the trade to land there is no point.

What about if you need all 3? just leave it alone?

No I’ll go for a late goal lay at 80 mins if I’m short of 2 goals or more mate. At that point I’m just looking to scratch the trade with a late goal though. So it will be a 0.35pt lay at around 1.65 meaning just a 0.5pt risk on the entire trade.
