@darri It makes a very important point that you dont need loads of goals, you just need one! And certain teams and players have a way and a habit of finding that goal. I was watching the game from about 50' and although not massively exciting you just felt they would find the necessary to get over the line

Well that will put an end to a bad red day for me 2.5pts red in the end. Lessons to be learned here though. Will let it settle in my head overnight and look through records in the morning. 100% made errors in judgement today so need to look at that.

@bottlabroon hi mate not at all and I appreciate your feedback but also probably expected it form somebody. This is from a filter that I use systematically and 90% of the time gives me a goal one way or the other so thought I’d post it. Sod’s law it didn’t this time. With my usual H2/late goal filter I’ll watch the game for 10 - 15 mins first before getting involved. This one came through as an alert that a strong home side weren’t ahead by 70 and they usually come in either way on the overs. But please don’t ever stop with the advice mate because it really is absorbed

I hesitate before posting this mate as the last thing I want is to come across as an after-timer, I was really hoping you'd get your goal so I could post with a clear conscience so I hope you'll take it in the spirit intended.....
I was tracking that game and from the equalising goal on 68 mins there wasn't a single shot or corner by either team right up until the 80th minute when the away team had an off target attempt and they then promptly took off a midfielder to put on an extra defender. The home team who were odds on pre-match didn't have a single goal attempt or corner from the 55th minute to the 89th minute. It didn't look like either team were commited to going for a winning goal to me.
Hope this helps and doesn't smack of after-timing too much but I really feel strongly that the filters are only a small part and have to be backed up by what's actually happening on the pitch to get long term success from them.
