Yeah I read some of his tweets. Seems like a racist c**k!

Just reviewed my last three months trades, despite my fondness of first half goals, they are just bleeding my bank down so i'm packing it up for a bit. Going to keep tracking and hopefully find a more useful way of using the data in 2021. Good to go over everything and see how i've changed my approach (mainly simplifying everything!) and have a birds eye view of any bad habits I can nip in the bud.

I've attached the tweet below to:

    a) Show that there are no certs
    b) Help put in perspective for some members that their month has not been that bad.

I've had a very good December. However, it could easily have been a mediocre month. There were occasions when there were last second goals, penalties, mistakes by defenders etc, that all worked in my favour.

    These are immaterial.

His latest tweet is unbelievable. He׳s -46k for the week

I suspect there is an element of machismo in all that he does and posts.

@stuart-capstick just read his twitter page and seen his tweets, wish he would have been a member on here first and he could have been helped long before he went hard on the busiest time of the year for even the biggest teams who are all trying to rotate tired teams. Some of those risk reward are sickeningly stupid, its like one of those guys i used to follow. He used to lay long shot horses and built a huge bank then boom a really bad week and he deletes his account. You can also tell he isnt mentally focussed for trading, seems emotional with each game. Not critiquing as i dont know all his strategies but you dont see any of the pros on here quit trading just because they have had a bad run, id have quit ages ago. Shouldnt have a week affect your bank that much to quit.

@stuart-capstick Think I read somewhere else that this guy inherited a large sum of money and has been trading with it... You read many things online and wouldn't trust most of it lol

Don't know about the Barca game as I wasn't involved. Ditto Madrid.
Our keeper, Darlow, had a once in a lifetime performance; normally, this guy couldn't catch herpes in a brothel.

The points you make all show the importance of research.

@stuart-capstick barca had a 2nd team out and liverpool were terrible for their standards. Not the best games to go big on. Not sure about real madrid i didnt watch that one.

what's happened to Barcelona? Looks like Atletico have a real good chance to win La Liga this year since they got Suarez!

Mixing strategies: LTD, Scalping U2.5 etc and then huge lays/backs.

You could be right. But, he backed Liverpool hugely to win on this occasion. You can have a 90% strike rate, but if put your bank on a 1.32 "cert", well, 25% of the time you are going to lose.

I know it’s only a small window into his trading (not seen the guy before) but his strike rate must have to be huge given the difference in amounts of reds in relation to his green trades.

    @lee-woodman

I think it's the combination of unlikely results:

    Barca Eibar 1-1
    Newcastle Liverpool 0-0
    Elche Madrid 1-1

He went in big on all of them.

Although, I take your point, if you've been doing this for as long as he has, or you know anything about maths, it shouldn't be that much of a surprise.

@stuart-capstick It seems a bit weird if he’s genuinely shocked that it’s happened given he’s been around a while!
