    @catalin-radu Hey,

I think getting a solid strategy for you would be key, but firstly solving why you staked so highly on those games? We need to rectify that firstly - because if not it will happen again.

Happy to chat this through on the coaching 🙂

@Catalin-Radu i too have had this problem. I suffer a few losses and was too eager to get it back too soon. I went away and paper traded a few strategies for a while that I enjoyed. It’s still early days with them but they are producing results. I see that long term if I follow the way I’m going it should be successful. I used to be back and forward like yourself lose some win it back then lose it again.
Take a step back and paper trade a few strategies and see where it takes you.

@catalin-radu are you happy with the strategy that you’re using and is it generally profitable? If it’s a profitable strategy month on month if only small then you should know that sometimes trades will go against you. It’s easy to say never “Rage Trade” but it’s also safe to say that most traders who are learning will fall for it at some time. Also 40 points is a crazy amount to be risking and you’re also fortunate that you made it back but I’m guessing you risked a crazy amount to get that back?
Football trading is hard at the moment there’s been some interesting chat on the forum about how a lot of the guys are going up and down at the moment and hitting some bad runs.
Don’t go risking crazy amounts tho during a time where football is going through what it is with no crowds being a major factor.
If your strategy at the moment has not been seeing consistent profit. Maybe look to paper trade it for a bit and work out where you can improve on it.
I’m sure wiser heads than mine will be able to help you more with your questions but the last thing is. If your trades fit all your criteria and your having a bad day just walk away and don’t go chasing your losses with bigger stakes cause 40 points is a lot to lose and risk to make up. I hope that helps a little bit.

Hi guys,I feel the need to unload myself from the last days activity. I've lost almost 40 points from two trades made when I was angry, after several lost trades. The 40 points gap was recovered after that, but I was thinking where i was if I didn't made that two stupid trades. After two years of trading, I consider myself a beginner, and for me, the main thing about trading mentality is to know how to manage the losing trades. If you know how to manage the losing trades that comes one after other, you are a better trader.

@keith-anderson, First post for me in the forum Keith, I agree the game is lively and expecting a goal or 2 in 2H,

What is the difference in LTD and Over 0.5 assuming you are going to green up when a goal is scored or is it because you may let the game go on and try and squeeze more green ?

I used to have 9 or 10 different strategies coming from the stats and staking was a nightmare, I now just watch First half of games and if lively enter 1.5 from 35-45mins., I find it so much easier and less stress concentrating on one game at a time, I am new to this and as yet have not got a set Stat filter set up, as Im on low stakes I find I can get matched on most leagues I look for games like this current Melbourne one when both teams are having a go and the strike rate seems really high exactly how high I dont know yet. I have seen the LTD at HT mentioned a lot but I just cant get my head around it, the odds at HT don`t seem "low" enough unless that is just my naivety.

I have no stats to back up my staking strat but it is something I will be keeping track of from now on after reading messages in the forum,

I enter with 40% and then 3 more drip fed at 10-15 ticks 20% each in the over 1.5 goal market and if a goal is scored early I green up if no goal is scored I close out around 75-80 mins if no goal its a variant of the strat on here that I like and when you get a run of games is really profitable but I may have just been lucky recently and hit a good patch

Just the odds on this one. The LTD odds at HT were around 2.92, but the Lay Under 0.5 goals were around 5.8. I was going out and I expected a quick SHG, so had no time to wait for the odds to drop. I would normally remove my liability if a goal is scored if I LTD, but I let this one run on.

The A-League is normally good for a FHG, SHG and Over 1.5 goals.

@thomas-larsen Do you mind if I ask how it differs from Ryan's filter as it didn't show up for me?

@thomas-larsen Nice one! Good shout on the match by the way. Did your O1.5 filter pick up on this match or did you just happen to be watching it? Curious, as I often wonder why there are so few 1.5 matches thrown up by Ryan's filter.

My filter picket it up Pretty good Numbers actually

Very odd activity on the FC Eindhoven game .. odds were going the opposite way to what they should and then market was suspended a good minute prior to and ten mins after the goal.. similar odds movement later in first half before settling.. guess you guys see plenty of this ?

Yeah I was trading the under and the game went suspended and goal went in and the odds were going nuts, took advantage when it unsuspended and backed high and then got out low for a small profit

@thomas-larsen It's end-to-end stuff Thomas, with lots of gaps and goalies running up the pitch to clear. I'm sticking with it for entertainment purposes if nothing else!! And there's the first goal!
