@adam-cubbage I’ve done similar a number of times. It is a bit of work but it’s satisfying when done and really valuable I’ve found as helps to get to know your strategy in more detail and plan better approaches.

@mr-emmet-moorehouse That is another good point and I’d rather avoid anything like that, plus it should be one of the most enjoyable days to trade.

I’ve had a few occasions where I’ve had a few losses at this match time so there is that coupled with the difficulty of keeping up with a load of losing trades.

I don’t mind losing if i know in the long run everything is going in the right direction. I like to take a moment to accept the loss and have a moment or two to look over the result before moving on. When’s there is to much else going on i hate that i can’t do that.

The way I see it is over time it shouldn’t make much of a difference to the bigger picture.

I only go through the old lists briefly personally which may sound odd, I do go through losses and bad trades in depth ( i find I learn more from bad behavior and losses). I'm also constantly looking at what strategy I'm using and whether can I improve my selection process, which I believe 95% of us can ( Myself definitely included). Please tell me if you think this process is incorrect and i will change it 100%,

What good is having a mind if it can't be changed?
