Todays games for my Split Stake;
As I'm testing a new bot over this weekend I will enter all games below in the o1.5 goal market on small stakes. However if I was trading manually then I would look to enter the o2.5 market on both German games.
Obviously it goes without saying look for good attacking intent in all games.
I will be out most of the day so wont be doing any manual trading during the day but maybe this evening if anything catches my eye.
My preferred choice of trade;
Split Stake Trade
25% Stake on 15mins (if still 0-0)
25% stake plus 25pts
25% stake 1 whole pt (plus on 2nd stake)
25% stake 1 whole pt againTypical staking could look like;
25% on 1.65
25% on 1.90
25% on 2.9
25% on 3.9Exit when the back price on over 0.5 goals reached your average odds if still 0-0... prob around 80mins, or exit sooner if no goal looks likely... I would always stay in with these games and take any loss on the chin.
Remove red if only matched on first 2 stakes
Take green if matched on 3rd & 4th stakes

Jesus. Sorry to hear that, Finn.
Is that all they said?
Got a little more info. Apparently, I have been logged on for too long per session and placed too many negligible bets which indicate some kind of commercial use that goes against their T&C. It's true that I often had the Betfair window open for most of the day and haven't really placed a lot of bets or trades lately, but it's hardly commercial use. I have placed a "ticket", then we'll see if they change their mind or not.
When I was matched betting (and before I started trading) mine got shut down for the same reason. Basically I was logged in 24/7 for weeks on end so it apparently appeared as though I was using the data for commercial purposes. I guess not logging in and out made it appear as though I was some kind of robot. I didn’t manage to convince them to change their mind, luckily I have other BF accounts, but I hope you do get them to reopen it for you

@finn-kristensen That sucks mega donkey balls! I hope its just a mistake and they sort it out asap for you Finn. I leave mine logged in most days too
Depending on how much you trade on average, I recommend you log out when you know you probably won't be doing anything for a number of hours.
Mine logs me out automatically after a few hours. Why would they care if you log out or not?
Good question - they apparently believe I use their data for free for some ulterior motives or something.

I've heard other people suffer from this, seems to be when you leave Betfair on and don't log off. Apparently they think you are 'data mining' or whatever that is?
Yup, something like that. Definitely a no-go to not log out for a while.

Have you some kind of trading software running?
No. Used to use Bet Angel but I never automated it and haven't used BA for 4 months or more. It's all about not logging out and betting or trading very little I think.

Well, that's my end as a football trader... Just got a message from Betfair that "based on a business decision" they have closed my account. I have no idea why and can't get any explanation other than what I wrote above. As I can't trade on Betfair and no other exchanges are available for me here in Denmark, for obvious reasons I will not be joining the discussions here as much going forward. I hope that I will be able to get back on Betfair at some point, but who knows. Goes to show it's rather "dangerous" to be so dependant on one commercial company only.
For now, I wish you all good luck and good trading.
That's a bit bloody odd! Can you get pinnacle in Denmark?
Yes and no - I actually have a Pinnacle account so I'm good there. New users from Denmark are not accepted, only people who had an account before a new legislation was introduced some years ago.
At least you can get decent inplay odds on a few things. Not sure what markets they offer but if I remember there were a few. I was gutted when they packed up shop over here.

Such a great league. Not always that easy but I’ve noticed FHG’s seem to come quite early when scored and the value is always there.

Going for another goal in Jong Utrecht 70th
Left Helmond alone on account of scoreline and home red. Goals there, none in Utrecht.
