    @eamonn-hogan

    Still good value, however.

    Bohemians game already at 1.44 and St Patrick's at 1.5 on smarkets.

    Think it’s Northern Ireland league Keith is on about.

    Irish Premier League matches are Betfair this afternoon. I expect all games to be Over 1.5 goals. Look for value if you can. Not much liquidity, but hopefully it'll pick up around kick-off

    @richard-latimer Thanks mate. It helps because I've been working on filters and now set up my exit point but have occasionally layed the 0-0 to offset some of the loss but equally its choosing which games .. ive developed stuff in terms of the in play stats but to back that up with the odds is great in terms of informing my decision making. I use odds pre match to flag up the riskier trades and depending again on in play stats this impacts my staking but your post there really struck a chord in terms of my exit strategy so thanks again

    This is what I'm looking at today:

    0_1616845342086_38262938-9ecd-4252-a3df-aa17aa9dfbdd-image.png

    Everything has to be just so for me to enter though.

    @jez-rourke-pilott Yes, it's lay current score, some traders also call it 'lay correct score' if they are pre-match trading, most of the time you see LCS on here it will be current score

    @richard-latimer Hi Richard - really interesting for me this .. can I just clarify the 3.5+ is that home odds as well? i.e. either home fav 1.5 or less or Home not fav and over 3.5 ? Sorry if its obvious but in terms of where I am this could be an important little piece in the jigsaw. Thanks in advance

    Yeah. I'm just going where the data pulls me and far it's a big drop off over 1.49 and under 3.5. I use oddsportal to get the ave book price.

    This is just for laying 0-0. I'm looking at all sorts of patterns as detailed on my sheet.

    Entered Aussie match with a 5 part drip stake on 10mins (new twist I'm working on) 1st stake on 10mins, 2nd stake plus 30pts, 3rd stake plus 30pts again, 4th stake @2.92 & 5th stake @3.95... 20% stakes on each.

    Typical staking would look like;
    20% on 10mins (will use 1.35 as base)
    20% @1.65
    20% @1.95
    20% @2.92
    20% @3.95

    Should be able to stay in until 80mins before taking circa 0.8pts red or LCS @ 80mins... Green up or remove red in FH, always green up after HT.

    Out of interest in CC Mariners match I entered o2.5 goal market 5mins after 1st goal & o3.5 market 5mins after 2nd goal.

    Nicely done Keith! I’m at the game. Looks like there’s more goals in this...hopefully for Mariners

    @richard-latimer Oh no! I hate adding teams to the naughty list!

    No, I meant I wouldn't be trading them at that point in time. Pre-match odds and current scoreline dictate what I'm doing as well as when goals are scored.

    Finding it keeps me out of many losers. For a 0-0 lay I want either home odds below 1.5 ave book price or 3.5+. Turns a large list of potentials from my filter into solid trades.
