@daniel-mills because these arent stats based and are traded on just my opinion im trying to just focus on strong home teams or teams deemed fav (we are not a strong side 😂 :scotland:) but there have been plenty FHGs in this int break (50/61 so almost a 82% strike rate) so i hope that trade works for you mate.

I’ll be laying under 1.5 goals in the Moldova 🇲🇩 v Israeli 🇮🇱 match. I’m probably biased

    Interesting read:
    https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0248590

    1. Home advantage still persists when there are no spectators
    2. BUT- away teams are penalised less by the referee. In other words, the home crowd may influence the ref- the "homer" effect is true.
    3. During COVID induced spectator-free matches, the home team has fewer shots on target and fewer shots than when there are crowds.

@chris-osborne May be an issue with in-play. Have managed to queue up a few pre-match ones without any bother.

And you've just won that one as well.

I think there’s another goal, but I’m saving my money for tonight

And there was another goal! 1-2 now

I wasn’t on it. Just happy that I can still read the play

You've always been able to read the play and always will, Keith. God(or YHWH) given talent.

@alastair-todd Looks like when you enter your stake there's a keep in-play check box... Dont use Smarkets these days but I'm pretty certain it was different to that a while ago

    @alastair-todd

Select the settings "cog" on the right and you should see this:

    0_1617213651123_e64a19f6-3bcc-4ac5-b33c-9a74369cd554-image.png

Then slide it to the "on" position. You then can (not always) select "Keep in play"

I can't remember how to ensure that the bet is kept on Smarkets once play starts if it hasn't been matched. I'm sure there used to be something you could select when putting the bet on but I can't see it. Want to make sure that the O0.5 FHG goals get matched once the odds reach 1.53 (rather than much less as they are pre-match). Can anyone remind me please?

Just found it - select Time In Force and then Keep in Play: simples!

I mean, Smarkets can be utterly dire as well, however. But usually not twice on the same day.
