LTD / LCS in the Blackpool v Accrington match. Currently 0-0 at HT
Post has been hit by Blackpool and Accrington have missed a penalty. This match hit three of my filters tonight.
I know I've talked about accepting a loss but that really is taking the p**s when a professional who does nothing else and has not done anything else since he was 5 misses a f*****g penalty.
straight down the middle. No power in it either

@andrew-bannister if you think im wrong on a post take the opposite bet, i dont get them all right and i may well be wrong here, but there is risk in every trade im just posting for transparency that im on this and i gave my reasons for it.
-
Can you set up filters that use inplay stats then ?. Or is it historical ?

How can I get push notifications to .y phone for this thread , is it possible or do you have to keep logged in and check Thread?

@darri I think the whole lot looks too stacked in favour of a goal fest and a bayern win. Could be pretty tight tonight....certainly first half

Having a look at tonights games, is it interesting that PSG are priced at 1.44 to qualify? I think that should be shorter. Bayern need to win by 2. They have no lewandowski. I dont doubt bayern will score or at some stage threaten to qualify. But psg have the 3 up top and i see them scoring at least 1 goal. Im backing here to win 1pt. Bayern pressing late on could be counter heaven for psg. I could be way off here and bayern go win but im happy taking the position. Its kind of like trading a handicap position on PSG with one goal in your favour and you wouldnt ever gets these kind of odds on that

"i find it funny how no one says anything about a strategy until it has a loss"
This is one of the best comments you've made, Darri (and there is stiff competition).
Until people accept that even the best strategy has losing days/weeks/months, they will never be profitable.
I'd say the non-acceptance of this is the main reason people fail at trading.
You can tweak strategies, optimise staking etc, but if you can't accept the INEVITABLE losses, you're screwed.Good trades go bad and good strategies have losses occasionally.
Comes back to the psychology of trading. People just can’t take a loss

@gary-tunnicliffe i find it funny how no one says anything about a strategy until it has a loss, its the same with stuarts LTD, in the bad periods there is always oh you could do this and that. Im just posting the list for people to see that these games have goals. Im just stating that personally ill be trading these that way. Iv been doing this a while mate, id not post if it was not long term profitable, dont really want to post something that could make me have egg on my face and more to the point not make me money. Ill take them off here for now and ill just go back to posting them inplay. The funny thing is no one ever questions it when i post inplay. If i told you these had a 86% strike rate long term would you then say that they arent profitable. You see if you read the post you will see i have said what max odds would be, as people who have followed these know that some games are 1.3/1.35 i just set what the min id take is. The other thing is there are people posting worse odds than this daily and people lap it up because its long term profitable too, be more open mate to what you can get out of this strategy, if you can back it up with a good win rate then its a better edge than someone who backs at evens but only has a 51% strike rate. If you want to question them show me data to go against dont just critique after one loss. Try to think about this long term mate instead of short term. It was a small loss too, in fact SHGs in the last 4 weeks =
trades = 33
p/l = +9.38 points/%of bankThe ones i post inplay are just from the same filter, same strategy, same risk/reward. Ill move these to inplay only now and post when they pop up, dont really want to always be having to repeat why im doing things.

@keith-anderson it was great to see them back cant wait for them to pop on the filters

Isn't the A-League great?! It's a remarkable league. One of my favourites, not just because it makes me money. It is entertaining.
Guess what?...The MLS is back this weekend. It is also good for laying Under 1.5 goals - the odds will likely be high, but you can still find value in-play.
Swedish football was back last weekend. At the start of May, Norwegian football will be back too!

SHG data only:
Cska moscow vs rotor DNQ
benevento vs sassuolo -3.4ill be lcs at HT or queuing a lay with odds no higher than 5.0 (to win 1pt)
scores must be either 0-1/1-1 (still tracking other scores to add, not enough data yet)
ill still post late goal trades when they pop up today
These are without the above rules on a 20/20 run of having a 2nd half goalAnyone who watched that sassuolo game will know how amazed i am right now. Not sure i could have asked for a better game.
-3.4 points
playing devils advocate here and i ask myself the same question quite often would you be betting at conventional odds of 1/5 ?
