Just on FHG i am going to back sunderland pre KO price 1.55 and only 5/21 games at HT havent produced a goal so 75 percent of games have produced 1 or more. so ill be going to win 1 point. I am a toon fan so no doubt this will be 0-0 at HT so the mackems can screw me other ha
Nice graphic mate, what site is that from?

@alan-steward be careful there, will the league format have an affect on them? Plus these arent played home or away, neutral grounds (reason im waiting till a few rounds are played) its more like a tournament now than a league
Ah, didnt know they were still neutral venue (same as last year) interesting because at first glance their stats on Football Ratings make least sense... Put that down to season just kicking off.
Only done the odd SHG and am just green, caught a couple of duds.
Am now scaling back my trading until the main summer leagues kick off but suspect that will be after the Euros when pretty much all starts again.

One of the best trades I ever did was LTD and the Mackems lost. I won money through the Mackems losing, fantastic.

Im backing a FHG in the Real vs Chelsea game tonight. 8/10 games home and away have produced a FHG. The price of 1.64 suggests this to be a 61% chance of happening. Im taking that and backing 1.64 (to win 1pt) not expecting a goal fest but we only need one
this is a good price ! espically pre kick off i may get on cheers for posting

Brilliant example, Matt. An island with a small population and questionable regime produces dozens of world class boxers at all weight levels.

@stuart-capstick exactly mate, i rarely watch football outisde the prem and scotland for any reason other than trading, so for me any nation outside them its all about the trading potential. Plenty of goals and liquidity will never be an issue in china, the prices on offer can be so volatile at times which is fantastic when it lands on a game you like for a goal. Still tho one round of games in, ill wait a while before i even contemplate it. Some teams have managed to keep their main overseas pros so the likes of old SIPG will still be good (arnautovic and oscar both could do well in europe still)

@keith-anderson Ah, although goal Expectancy on the Ratings page looked okay the whilst the last few games were showing fairly decent attack they weren't outstanding but their defence ratings were... Am starting a new project working with the ratings page and this will hopefully highlight some opportunities along with our filters

Club owners pulling the plug on finances. China wanted a good national team to lift their international prestige (sport being a good way to whitewash any ugly aspects of a society and gives the impression of dominance; that's why the communist countries spent so much on sport).
Now, with club finances reduced we see fewer foreign players (Pato, Teixera gone) and clubs disappearing (Jiangsu folded), the standard has fallen.
Cuba and boxing springs to mind here too!

@darri
Superb last minute winner today.
You are right; as long as the goals flow and there is liquidity, it doesn't matter.

@keith-anderson yeah less of the good players playing, its kind of now on par with mls in standard, big fellani still scoring last minute winners. Still goal frenzy league. 10/11 SHGs, 8/11 had 2 or more SHGs and an average of 2.9 goals per game. Thats all im needing
