@richard-latimer Coverage should have switched ot ITV for the Belgium game by then its also probably too soon fro them to amend schedules - will the Presenters and ocmmentators want to go ahead?

Im sure Gary 'holier than thou' Lineker will be all over it

Someone made a good point that they couldn't very easily have cut to the studio immediately as they were all messed up there too. Think an overhead still would have been easy enough.

Would have been horrible for kids to watch. Luckily mine either not here or not interested.

Ok so are they playing it without TV coverage?

If the TV companies had any shred of decency it would but there actions of today have disproved that

It's just that I can't see any schedule for it.

Following the request made by players of both teams, UEFA has agreed to restart the match between Denmark and Finland tonight at 20:30 CET (TBC).

The last four minutes of the first half will be played, there will then be a 5-minute half-time break followed by the second half.

offical statement cant believe it even if the players want to play someone needs to protect them and say no

That's ridiculous. Do they charge the Danes with a sub? Shocking decision!

Had the same thought I guess they have no choice however stupid it seems.

uefa should have made the decision. None of the palyers are in any fit state to play but especially Simon Kjaar and KAspar Schmeichel - Schmeichel was first on the scene at the helicopter crash which took the life of our chairman and now having to console Erikson's wife in front of the disgusting TV coverage. More importantly thanthat though Kjaar was the first one to administer CPR befoee medics got there.

    @john-folan

I doubt they could/would force the players.

Millionaire players could kick up a lot of fuss without worry of punishment by UEFA and they'd have every right-thinking person in the world behind them.

I hope that was the players decision and was not made after pressure from UEFA etc.

Read the first post on both threads.

Surely UEFA won't play the rest of this match tonight?!

    Told ya!

Uefa don’t give a s**t about player welfare or supporters

And apparently there going to finish the game this evening wtf

Knew they would push for the Denmark game to be finished. They asked fans to stay in their seats until an announcement was made

    le jeu avant tout

    Am Yisrael Chai

When you got skin in the game, you stay in the game
But you don’t get a win unless you play in the game...
