@chris-osborne ridiculous really because these players need to be praised for moving abroad and experiencing something different. Not punished.

    @chris-osborne

"Experience"? He plays regularly in the Champions League for one of Germany's top teams.

Is this a Premier League bias on Southgate's part?

Saka, Grealish and Maguire start still no Sancho but we have the pleasure of Sterling again ffs

Can't understand why Sancho isn't starting his assist record this season is second to none. Roll on a red card for Maguire lol

Not just this season he has more goal involvements over the past three seasons than anyone in the squad but apparently he lacks experience according to the clown picking the team - Saka, Foden, Mount all experienced at this level obviously - Southgate has to go

Both under 2.5 tonight first ten minutes then either drop out if green up.

Odds for England game O2.5 moved from 2.02 to 1.91 back out in last 30 minutes

Let's be honest - if we (England) think we're good enough to win this tournament then I don't want to see a lacklustre, play for a draw type performance. We should be going out there to hammer the Czechs and get everyone else sitting up and getting worried. But what do I know!

FFS! Is it not time that England just tried to entertain? They've gone down the dour "winning is all that counts" route and got nowhere.
I've heard that flair teams don't win. Point taken, but being dull as f**k only worked for Greece 2004 and nobody cares about them.

Can anyone even remember any of their players haha?

Theo Zagorakis we signed him classy central midfield player - he is now either the head of the Greek FA or a Greek MP

Vassilis Lakis - Crystal Palace signed him after the Euros and he was pretty average. The only thing I can remember him doing was being sent off against Man Utd. We went on to draw that 0-0 so maybe it was a good thing?

“Greed moves the goalposts” - Ryan Holiday

Are we thinking another 0-0 bore draw which sees both teams through haha???

Both England and Czech's are already through - Denmark finishing second yesterday guaranteed that as well as France

Fair point. Both teams could give a s**t then haha

A draw probably suits us as that will put us second - meaning we play the winners of Spains group which has been as turgid as our group win the group we play second in the Frenchgroup which could be embarrassing - if there is a positive result in both games then that could put the winners of the Scotland game into second.

I’ve had a double on Croatia to win and England to draw for a bit of fun. At least it will generate some interest for me tonight 🤣

Read the first post on both threads.
