@lee-snape Do you have a link to it mate?

Hi Nick I started a blog about my journey so fingers and toes crossed
-
@mark-maguire i agree to me its about obtainable goals, i do suffer with anxiety so i need to also manage my triggers and i dont want to risk too much. Have to protect mental health first and foremost, i do that by not taking too much on
-
@lee-snape have you thought about creating a page with your ambitious journey on it lee?

@lee-snape That is very high aim matey!
I'd be happy with 10+ points a month
id be happy with half that if its consistent, ive had my profitable months but its the consistency Iβm focusing on now, hoping its not far away
-
10 points a month on a compounded basis can lead to quite large gains over the course of a few years. I would be happy with that outcome.
-
@Ryan I think in your normal light hearted way you have said here something that we who aspire to proper trading should use as a motto .. its hugely important for the mental discipline, and I'm not saying this to criticise anyone with loftier ambitions, but if we can get in a mindset of "I'd be happy with 10 points a month" if you relate that to the way that can grow your bank and deliver a return it changes everything. I'm perhaps rambling but I think so so important to grasp. .. just saying
-
Yes mate but I feel confident that 2.5% growth per day's trading is very achievable for me and sure there will be ups and downs but as an average over the long run, I'm 99% positive that its possible without being aggressive, over trading and increasing stakes.
On a separate note I've tweaked my under 2.5 goals strategy slightly so I feel a little less exposed when entering my trading position.

3 trades in the Man utd game was crucial for me tonight, boosted my returns.

tonight's results for me
-
@keith-anderson well played Keith, thought you might have been on some of those games tonight! I was itching to LTD in the United match but managed to restrain myself as hadn't planned any bets for the game
-
Brilliant night of trading...pity the forum was down.
SHG in the Liverpool v Wolves match
SHG in the Man United v West Ham match
SHG in the Arsenal v Everton match
Think I'll give trading a miss tomorrow. Friday looks a good day though

@paul-brown I personally use Shots on Target as part of my analysis , certainly in play and in my filters . My split staking in play .. the third and fourth "drips" for example will largely be dependent on shots on target

tonights over and under % for some games tonight
-
Ill be watching Southampton in the FA Cup just in case Grimsby take an early lead
-
Not much on the filters today but I like the look of O2.5 at Marseille, don't normally do Cup Matches but Marseille need to show their home crowd a reaction after being humbled on Sunday, there was plenty of frustration and the Cup is a rare opportunity for them to satisfy their fans .There will be 60,000 ish there tonight so no hiding place. I will be going for o2.5 on split stake

@keith-anderson
I really don't want to watch Liverpool smash us to pieces tbh LOL
