One silver lining, all those CPFC Twitter accounts asking would you rather England win the Euros or Palace win the FA Cup?
England did their part of the deal so…. This could be our year!

It’s disappointing that we tried to defend a 1-0 lead for 88 minutes and there was only going to be one outcome.
I don’t think you can blame the players who missed because it could have so easily gone in. We should have won the game over the 90 minutes. Italy looked exhausted against Spain so were there for the taking but we didn’t do it. The more the game went on the more Italy got into it. It wasn’t the result we wanted but I think the best team of tournament won overall.
Congratulations Italy.
Now we can go back to berating one another as the domestic season is only a month away! -

Thats 100% on Southgate team selection been shocking all tournament supposed to have this crack squad full of talent yet the clown refuses to make any substitutions
Sancho should have been on for Sterling who was anonymous all game after about an hour you cant blame Rashford and Sancho for the misses only being on the pitch for a couple of mimutes although Rashfords pen was one of the worse I've ever seen

He scuffs the pen. He does score them most often. If that goes in I think would of been different. Pickford shows why he's a good shootout keeper

Rashford normally scores those for fun, the fact that he did the hard bit and then missed just showed the rustiness
