Watching the match on BBC Scotland. Galatasaray hit the post in the first half. Game was open enough. Have to admit, I doubted there would be two SHG when it was 0-0 at HT!

I was looking at galatasaray game, but I'm put off by St. Johnstone having 3 0-0 draws in their last 4 games...
I appreciate there's every chance of a goal, but wondered if previous matches was a common red flag for you more experienced traders, or if its just me being too cautious due to inexperience?

@james-rome it took a long time for me to get my head around the fact less is more. i was in exactly the same position as you i wanted to do my own and jump on everyones aswell. @Darri is spot on when he says you are catching everyones variances. the way i got around it was to concentrate on my own filter then i set a smarkets account up with min trades for keiths and darris ect but KEPT RECORDS to see if following was paying off.

@liam-willis yeah i mainly do the others as set and forgets and the SHG as inplay the one i manily concentrate just not started well i may look at those odds though

@darri so league games from my filter but like tonight european games i look at inplay see if others post as like a comfirmation hope that makes sense brain fried long day at work

@james-rome keep in mind if you follow others strategies or picks you are potentially getting on multiple variances cycles. So example you could from your own filter have a bad month and only manage to catch say 3-4 of one of the pros, those 3-4 could have a few losers too. Try to find a way to be more consistent. How well have your own trades done from the filters?

@james-rome the summer leagues are not playing nice this year. personally i go in on 1.5 trades from 10 mins ( i find it doesnt make a lot of difference in strike rate) at 10 mins you will get between 3.0-4.0 lay. i wont lay above 4. on the shg i again lay between 3 - 4 which is around 55-60 min. i would stick to 1 or 2 strategies instead of 3 just choose the ones you are comfortable with. hope that helps.

Hi All

just after some help slash advice just been looking i am already -15 points down for this month i was just woundering is everyone else having a bad month ?

i have only done

SHG trades 9/14 winners so - 8.79 ( lay at 5.0 max....4 0-0s)
O1.5 1/2 winners so -2.04 ( lay at 5.0 max)
LTD 3/4 Winners -0.46
other 1/2 Winners ( -3.02 winner FHG loser LTD at HT)
