    Friday, 16th December:-

Lay Under 1.5 Goals (Expect a SHG):

    17:30 - Lazio v Genoa
    19:45 - Glentoran v Glenavon

Lay Under 1.5 Goals (Expect a SHG): - Results -

    17:30 - Lazio v Genoa - HT: 1-0 / FT: 3-1
    19:45 - Glentoran v Glenavon - HT: 2-0 / FT: 2-0

    2/2 from the 1.5's

    1/2 from the SHG

Just back from the Glentoran v Glenavon match. A stroll in the park for my team. 2-0 at HT and didn't get out of 1st gear in the 2nd half. Looked like were conserving energy fo the game on Wednesday night.

Working on tomorrow's 1.5 goals now

@richard-latimer Personally I think you'll struggle to make top six let alone top four. Your first team is fine but you have no cover anywhere expecially at the back

Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City will be streets ahead of everyone else by the end of the season it will then be a massive scrap between the rest off us.

The Aubamayang situation at the minute could be devisive especially if it drags on.

I think your best bet of doing anything will be in the FA Cup

I won't be doing it myself as it's not the kind of trade I like (plus I don't have the cash) but anyone who saw Arsenal against West Ham think current odds for a top 4 are pretty tasty versus an equally inconsistent Man U who are 10/11 with the bookie?

Spurs are woeful and West Ham could fall away.

Meanwhile Arsenal have best home record outside of the top 3 and if they can sort out troubles on the road should become a lot more consistent.

Our youngsters are worth a fair few points on their own and now Martinelli looks to be back in form.

Ramsdale has been a revelation too.

The R rate of this variant is between 3 and 5 (each infected person can infect up to 5 other people). That means it is spreading far faster than any other strain (last R rate was just over 1).

Getting a booster doesn't mean you don't infect others but you won't suffer so much.

@chris-osborne Palace vs Watford has been called off.

With daily cases now at record highs you have to wonder about the safety of fans travelling to these games.

@chris-osborne i think Frank made some very good points, Klopp also said the same thing. There needs to be a open book as to cases and how many players and staff are infected. Its not fair to have some games not going ahead with fewer cases than some games that were planned to remain on. An open book policy would then allow for guidance from the prem to say what games can and cannot go ahead based on x criteria. Right now clubs are just in limbo. Pause this weekend, get the training facilities cleaned and back to what they were back in the lockdown days and get clubs performing bubbles. Its not fair on the players and staff with this xmas build up. Hopefully they react fast and dont let this turn into a scrap for getting any game on just for sake of it, thats just not fair and voids the integrity of the league and fair competition element.

100% agree there's Cup QF's next week which need to be put back to the new year

Presumably some of them haven't been getting the injections? Unless it is a club policy that they have to, although I suppose that would probably be unenforceable (for the moment!)

Just a heads up Leciester v Spurs is off now

About time should have been called off yesterday

Getting ridiculous how short notice is given.

It was obvious yesterday we couldn’t play tonight but Prem league turned down the request from us and spurs to postpone yet our game on Su day has also now been postponed.

There’s so many games in the English Leagues already postponed for this weekend makes me think Thomas Frank was right and this weekends matches should be called off giving all teams chance to self isolate and be back for Boxing Day.

Somethings are more important right now. Also with cases as they are what kind of medical support could be provided at grounds anyway.

As I write, West Ham v Norwich also just postponed

    Laying under 0.5 goals

I have been dabbling with this system trying to analyse what type of stats I need to look at to reduce the chance of a 0-0 game.

What are peoples thoughts on stats to look out for?

Over X goals scored or conceded or both in last X games?

    Previous games against eachother?

Certain leagues to avoid or types of games like cup games or friendlies?

And what about looking at inplay for first 15 or so mins? So reducing the liability and also seeing if the game starts lively?

Any suggestions of which stats to look for would be much appreciated, I have bfbot who can auto look for these stats too so can set it to search for me

    Thanks in advance

It's only my own filter but I find home odds of 1.5 - 3.5 is a bad area for the 0-0 compared to the odds either side.
