@keith-anderson Good effort Keith. I am about £4 behind where I should be but I haven't managed to get on all the trades you have done over the last few days, for one reason or another. However I am still +10% of the starting bank so that's not too bad after 4 days. Will try to do more of the SHGs from now on, I've been mainly sticking with the 1.5s so far. Keep up the good work!
Yep, me too. Was five minute late for AC Milan. but got the other 3 , although bottled out of Rpma v Juve when first goal goal went in . Nice 93rd minute goal for Strasbourg too !!
made up for missing the first by doing a cheeky trade in the Inter v Lazio game, so i'm back on track.

Nothing more for me so 1/2 and a loss. Today just one of those days.
-
Well Arsenal were amazingly crap against Forest today. Only watched the 2nd half but what a boring 45 minutes that was!

3% Club - Day 4
I am not going for a SHG in the Roma v Juventus match. Made great profit today and there's no need to push it.
Target for Day 4 should be £112.54. Closing bank today is actually: £138.90
It can all change very quickly in this industry, but it is a good start

Well done Keith !

Regret not taking west ham over 1.5 at 1.35 last night.
1.2 now

@stuart-wallace for me the trading plan is the stage after the filters - analysing the filter results and listing which I want to trade and why, how aggressively etc - that list each day is my trading plan with notes on how to trade - giving me discipline to stick to when the game goes in play

@andrew-camp I don't trade a FHG strategy myself but going outside yiur trading plan is a recipe for disaster in my experience unless you have a good reason to do so from watching the game etc.
I make mistakes from within my trading plan but I never go outside it anymore. Just means the trading plan needs adjusting. First step to the necessary discipline I think is never stepping outside your trading plan.
Richard, forgive my ignorance, but is a trading plan essentially your strategy plus your Filter?
As a newbie, i sort of dont have a plan as such yet, buts its clear that i need one.
Any tips or links that could help me get going with a plan ?
TIA
StuFor me, my filter just pulls up a load of potentials. It vwery much depends on what happens in the game whether I will make a trade. This would be the same for most I imagine. Although sometimes, other peoples filters mirror their trading plan 100%.

LCS Volendam 2-1
As soon as you start posting to a wider audience you hit a speed bump. I'm not worried in the longterm at all. Could just do with a bit more plain sailing in January.

Yes that is my thought but I was watching the stats just now for Brest v Nice and saw they were really going at each other in the first fifteen mins or so. Shots on target, three corners etc. When i see stuff like that, it makes me sit up. I didn't get involved but Nice duly scored on 13 min.
